Once again GE and Best Buy came through for us. We have had GE appliances for 30 years. For the last 15 years we've been buying them from Best Buy. The service from instore to delivery and installation has been nothing but a 10.

I have and always use GE products but it buffers me about the electrical range cooking stove I just purchased that I have to pay for the electric cord. My question how would it work without the cord? I am not happy about it.
We do not package a power cord with electric and dual fuel free-standing and slide-in ranges. It is not possible to determine in advance the type of facilities you have available in your home or what your local electrical codes require (ex. 3-wire vs 4-wire). So far have no complaints, the glass tops can be tricky, but we love them. Had the last one for years and still l look in great shape.
Strick is just keep the top clean with stove top cleaner, it's as easy as that.

Just installed recently but really like it so far. Wifi is a nice addition as is the bottom you can take out and clean easily. Slid into the space without a hitch. Big upgrade from our old stove!

Sales process was smooth and efficient. Delivery team was amazing. They were beyond customer service. They called with a delivery window. Call to say they were 30 minutes out. Arrived 30 minutes later. And were amazing with removal and delivery. I can't thank them enough for their professionallism.

Havent had a chance to use it. But I love all the features that i plan to use. It looks good. Little disapointed in the stoage drawer. Smaller than what wors for me.

Easy to install . Burner controls easy to turn and quite sturdy. Oven seems to have more room than the previous GEoven. I like the pull out oven pan in the bottom. Two burners with variable size heating very nice .

Worst delivery and install I have ever experienced

Shopped around and chose Best Buy to make our purchase. Received text stating our window of delivery. Night before delivery received text with a 4 hour window of delivery. 8:30-12:30. At 12:45 no delivery, no text, no call. I called customer service. Was informed delivery driver delivered out of order and will have my delivery within an hour (2pm). At 2pm still no delivery, text, or call. At 3:05pm van pulls up. We met him outside. Introduced ourselves. The installer grabbed his tools and brought them into the house. Took a look at our hardwire and said “I can’t do that. You paid for 3-4prong plug install” he then asked “do you have a garage?” Which we thought was odd for him to ask. We told him “no we do not have a garage”. Technician then grabbed his tools and said “I can’t work under these conditions” as he walked out the door back to his van. We followed him to ask “what’s going on. What do you mean?” Technician got to his van and without an appliance dolly, just threw the stove out of his van onto my driveway and he left! Time is now 3:15. My husband (disabled) and I are in our late 50’s and we were left to figure out how to get the stove in the house and installed. Next day we went to Best Buy store to speak to manager about our delivery/install and learned the technician closed out our order and claimed HE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED the stove. We were refunded the cost of power cords, delivery, and install. We were told someone from the store manager that a higher up manager from Best Buy would reach out to us to to discuss our experience and that never happened. Needless to say Best Buy lost our business and we chose to go with Home Depot the following week to purchase our fridge and over range microwave.
