We had a gas leaking in our home, once it was discovered we saw the nut on the line was not even tightened. Bestbuy failed to get someone out here to take care of it. After I had the leak fixed I started using the dryer again. it did one cycle then failed to start after that. I have to head to the laundry mat to dry my clothes even though I have a brand new dryer.

We don’t have the product and have no idea when it will arrive. Unfortunately Best Buy seems to have no control over their supply chain, so delivery dates are just a guess. Perhaps that’s GE’s fault. In any case, Best Buy asked for a review knowing they haven’t delivered the product yet. They do seem to have great automated systems. But the data being fed into said systems is garbage.

The dryer is leaking water and it is brand new so I have another Best Buy visit this weekend. Sucks. Yes a dryer leaking water. This is a steam one that was water directly vs pouring in a spout like our last lg washer and dryer

The installers sent a guy to install that was doing them a favor because the original installers were running behind. Best Buy had sent the incorrect gas line so the installer asked if I wanted to run out to the hardware store to buy the correct one. As I was at the store he called and said he had to leave. He left us with the dryer sitting in the garage and my laundry room torn apart. Never again will I purchase an appliance from Best Buy.
