    Great for 3 wire systems, I had to return it because I was looking for a smart switch for my gas logs. Sadly they weren’t 3 wire. Great design and would work well in theory with the right system. Make sure you have a black wire, white wire, and ground wire.

    Do not need hub and can install easily. Automate your switches with Alexa.

    It is a little big to get into the Switch box, but I am not an electrician and still got it done. The set up was not bad once I got it wired in. It works great and makes life easier.

    Works great. Cheaper than buying expensive smart bulbs and if someone flips the switch I can still control the light with my phone

    Put this switch in my son and I love, Because he always falls asleep with the light on.

    I have over 40 devices in my smart home. All run with SmartThings. I knew this switch wasn't compatible with ST, but it did work with Google Home/Assistant. So, I installed it. What a joke: • Lighted switch did not light. It took I don't know what to get the switch's blue light to show up. But it only did so for about 40 seconds. •Even though there's an up arrow, it didn't really matter which way you pushed the switch, the light would come on. You could turn it off by going the opposite direction of the initial push, but who wants to guess at which way to push the light switch? •The app seemed to work for those random times when you'd go outside, look up and find the light on and wonder: "Who turned the light on?" Go to the app, turn it off, all is good. For anywhere from 10 minutes to ? Sometimes it would randomly switch on again and you had to go to the app or the switch to turn it off again. Of course, you could guess wrong when you get to the physical switch and get to push it again because the blasted thing is still on after the first push. I don't have anything good to say about my experience with these switches. I bought 2 for a total of $40, trying to save a buck. I ended up returning both CYNC switches and buying 1 Enlighten (also a GE brand) for about the same $. The Enlighten goes in, hooks up, goes on when you push up, off when you push down, and the blue light in the switch works as you program it in ST. (Switch light on when the circuit is on, or switch light on when the circuit is off) Don't waste your $$ or effort on the CYNC Smart Switch

    This is perfect for 2way and 3way use. I connected the 12 that I purchased to Alexa and am very happy.

    I have been using this for almost a year and it recently stopped syncing to my network and even the customer service couldn't figure out the problem when I called. It seems to have happened after a power outage.

    I bought four and I had to take two back because they cannot work with ceiling fans. I’m not an electrician but those fans have the same hot/neutral/ground wiring as any outlet. One Of the two installed and working has quit communicating with Alexa and will not communicate with Alexa no matter how many times I reset and/or reinstall all of the devices I have not been this disappointed in a purchase in a longtime.
