This product was ordered, delivered, installed, and uninstalled 5 times and never worked. One of the most frustrating experiences to date. To sum it up, done with best buy.

When they left I opened box and tray was missing. Very upsetting!!!!!!

The electrical tube attached to the back of the fridge sat too low. The motor was not able to turn because that part of the unit lay right on the teeth portion that turned around to make icecubes. Another appt on Monday.
