However, the drainage system gets clogged easily and this is with dishes that are rinsed before being put into the dishwasher. I have had this dishwasher for about 6 months and it has stopped working twice. I was able to restore function after cleaning out the drainage hose and removing the water from the bottom of the machine using a shop-vac and cycling the power. Ultimately the design of the drainage system could be better.

Says check drain system and i drain line out and hooked it back up and did it again . Is a nice unit but we used it for a while 17 washes till problems began. Not a fan of the door either it just falls when you open it or the 2nd shelf which seems to catch on something every time so i dont see that lasting to long either

Posted .Oh my. We certainly don't want you to continue having issues with your new dishwasher draining or have the door falling open. We do encourage you to schedule service for your door to be adjusted by calling 833-426-3393 and to call if the issue of the drain persists as well. We are glad you were able to get the drain emptied and hooked up again to get it working. If needed, you can also check the troubleshooting tips on page 22 of the use and care manual which can be found on the product page.

Difficult install because the waterline connection fitting on the bottom of the unit is not accessable due to the solid plastic bottom base design. I am a contractor by trade and I had to actually disassemble the fitting from the unit during installation to be able to tightly connect the waterline. I have installed countless dishwashers in my career and this was by far the most maddening. Also for the money I expected my dishes to come out dry. Even with the turbo boost dry function on full power my dishes are still wet when the cycle completes.

The soap is always not completely utilized. So I see leftover little bit of soap in the dispenser area all the time. Also even i rinse the cups, the stains are still there for stronger coffee. Not satisfied

The most likely cause for this issue is that some of your dishes or utensils are blocking the detergent cup. You can reposition the dishes, so the water from the lower spray arm can flush the detergent cup.
