Very quiet running. I did put a baked on casserole dish in just to see if it was true that it would come out spotless and it does! You just have to put it on heavy to run longer.

This GE Profile Dishwasher is a tremendous upgrade for our kitchen. It is super quiet and looks fantastic!

Overall: Solid machine & looks great! Pro: Controls are super easy to use, looks and feels solid. Has versatile features. Install team were very professional and thorough. Cons: Wash cycle is a little louder than expected and the bottom drawer does not go in/out smoothly. Dishes sometimes come out a little more wet than would be preferred, but it's just barely enough to mention.

This appliance operates fine. It also meets the capacity needed for our daily washings.

Unfortunately, this dishwasher isn't very good. My 25 year old GE was much better, and cleaned dishes in about an hour. This one takes about 2 hours and the inside of coffee mugs remain stained. Coffee mugs came out white inside in my old washer. However, it seems to be good at removing the print on the outside of mugs I've purchased while traveling, so they are ruined. I have a feeling GE gave in to pressure from environmentalists to use less water, and perhaps this washer uses steam. I even bought expensive pods, thinking it could be the detergent I was using, but they still don't come clean. Plus, I really don't understand the third rack. I put a spatula in it and it got stuck. If it is for silverware, then why is there a basket for silverware in the bottom?

This dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job of getting my dishes clean.

The new unit is leaking from where one of the drain pipes fits up into the unit. It's not the connection you make when it's installed. There's another connection that the manufacturer makes which is leaking. As others have noted, the water doesn't fully drain from the unit either. When you pull out the filter, you find a puddle. The unit also makes a very loud high-pitched whirring noise while running. Additional sound insulation at the bottom did help with this a bit. Finally, I don't understand why they wasted the room of a utensil holder below since it had a utensil rack up top! I guess because the ones that come from the top come out sticky and stained. Overall, this unit holds a lot less than my old one did. A lot of space is wasted on the "narrow container" jets on the middle rack. Oh yeah.. and the unit doesn't dry for crap. Everything comes out wet even after a 3 HOUR CYCLE TIME with boosted heat/drying.

We have this dishwasher a little over a week old and the lower rack has a row of adjustable tines for plates that won’t stay up. Pretty expensive dishwasher for this to be an issue.

I really wanted to love this dishwasher, it worked great when it was functional. The first one I bought lasted about a year and started leaking. BestBuy replaced it with a new one, that one leaked within 2 weeks. I am now on my 3rd one and yes you guessed it, it is leaking again...I wanted to blame my plumbing thinking it cannot be the dishwasher again but it consistenly is having trouble with the pump. I will not be buying the same model again.

works well. sound level is well below other makes and models. GE is well known brand, it is depedable. I have used GE products before and am very well satisfied with them all.

Love my GE Profile Dishwasher! This dishwasher is so quiet you would think it was not running if not for the display. Love the 3rd shelf for cooking utensils and the power boost for bottles.

This dishwasher far exceeded my expectations. Everything comes out super clean and the nozzles for bottles helps get in those hard to reach areas.

Can barely tell when its running! Having the controls on the top of the door took a little getting used to, but this unit is fantastic!
