Best buy worst customer service!!!!

Driver calls best buy to tell them what happened. I was reassured if i took the damaged stove a replacement would be sent the following week. Well, that was 3 months ago and i still have a damaged stove that i keep getting harassed about from the best buy credit card because i not paying the bill!!! Ive had the order placed and cancelled atcleast 6 more times and the drivers show up to my house with just a gas line and no new stove, saying that they are there to hook up my stove!!! Ypu have no idea of the frustration and anxiety this is causing.....

don't use if you want it to look nice

Cant get off stains off the stainless steel that look like greasy finger prints from the assembly process. Used once and already has stains all over the grates and burner caps. A lot of money for cheap. shoddy materials. extremely disappointed
