At times, clothes are not completely dry when the dryer shuts off, so I'm still learning which drying options work best for my needs.

Didnt realise it until i went to hook it up. Learning experience. Check open box items before you purchase them

It gives far more drying options that our old (repaired 3x) LG dryer. The fact that it connects to our home wi-fi and speaks via Alexa lets us know when a cycle is complete. And we can program the GE with our android phone. A World Class product!
