Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the first dryer was badly damaged in your warehouse so it was delivered 2 weeks later. your installers did not now what they were doing and totally crimped the vent out the back. if i didn't see it, my house would have burned down within a week. I replaced the vent pipe to prevent this. the dryer stopped working after a week, you scheduled a new delivery a week later and did not show up or call. rescheduled again then the morning of the appointment called to reschedule for 2 weeks later. 2 days ago, i got a text to reschedule the delivery. i have received at least 100 emails from you throughout this process. you are as bad as the spammers. I would appreciate it if someone could really look into this and after they gather all the facts call and tell me what you will do for us.
