Waited months for this particular cooktop as I wanted the lights under the knobs when on. I think it is a great feature. Sadly not the same quality stainless as in the previous one and the same manufacturer. The grates are solid and heavy, and will stand up to a lot of use.

We could not be happier with this purchase. It sleek looking and very sturdy. The grates are heavy and do not sag in any way. The burners easily startup and actually adjust perfectly! I would also recommend the griddle attachment! It makes incredible pancakes!

In love with this new cooktop. Instant light up , it has water boiling in absolutely no time. I can’t believe it took us this long to commit - cooking is finally fun again. Cleaning up is also super easy

Grates are a little on the high side, but looks great and performs well!

The cooking grate sits up a little too high. Otherwise works great.

Even though I have GE CAFE APPLIANCES IN MY KITCHEN and they did not offer 36 inch BLACK cooktop, I love the GE PROFILE as well.

There are a lot of crevices to clean and everything get dirty so easily. But no issues with the functionality so far

It does what it is supposed to do. I have no complaints.

The griddle should have been left open oven the burners for the round bottom pans and pots for Asian recipes. Otherwise, this is a good upgrade for that price range.

I replaced my Dacor with the GE. Installation was easy and straight forward. Size fit perfectly, it had a smaller footprint than other brands. Enjoy the 5 burner, old one had 4.

Very happy with our purchase. This GE - Profile Series 36" Built-In Gas Cooktop looks great and works perfectly. Seems very sturdy, burners light easily. Looks perfect on our new kitchen countertops.

BTUs in a cooktop makes a big difference and this cooktop is truly awesome when cooking. I love how the knobs light up to let you that the burner is on.

made a big mistake and bought the black model. OMG finger print city. I have not found anything that will clean it and get rid of smears and finger prints. the 100 dollar griddle is gonna drive me nuts as either the griddle or grate are not level and so the griddle wobbles when you touch it. the stove top is very nice and the lighted knobs are great. we are going to try and exchange for the stainless model and this black will be a mess to keep looking nice. as for the griddle it was a waste of money since it wobbles
