Ordered this on Jul 2020 and had a problem on the very first day. The first wash didn’t even finished and wasn’t draining. Repairman came to check and wasn’t really sure what’s going on and ordered a couple of parts. I wanted a replacement instead and had to wait more than a month because it was out of stock and couldn’t find anything else because of the pandemic wiping all out in stores! The replcement came in first week of Sept and was installed. It worked as it supposed to be at 2-3 cycles but started to have problems with the drain again.

It works great and does everything it’s supposed to. It cleans the dishes extremely well. The drying feature is like every other dishwasher nothing fancy but it works as it should. The inside is set up very well as far as the spacing of the racks and silverware holder. The reason it gets 4 stars is how cheap it’s made, for the price of this thing it is made horribly. You can literally open the door and twist it from left to right and probably tear the door completely off if you wanted. The frame is cheap stamped steel thats pretty thin with these crappy little feet on it that will bend if you look at them the wrong way. If you want quality and don’t mind the look of the handle like my wife does, buy a kitchen aid.

Great dishwasher! Looks great, easy to use, holds a ton of stuff with the moveable racks!! I don’t like you have to hit start every time you stop it to add something in, but all the other features are so great I would buy this one again!!

We've used this dishwasher for a few weeks now. I love the bottle jets! My other favorite feature is the wash zones. Before this dishwasher we would pre wash our dishes, put some of them in the dishwasher and wash other by hand because we would wait to run it when it was full. Now we put our dishes on one rack and run it everynight for the "zone". No washing by hand and pre washing. When we have more dishes we run both zones. It is nice and quiet and has a 60 minute cycle for a quick wash. For a bonus it looks great in our kitchen. It doesn't seem to dry very well. It may be because I should wait longer before taking them out? Not a big issue for me.

Love the machine. Quiet, and does a great cleaning job. Like the 3rd tray. Installation was fast and we are very pleased.

Very quiet dishwasher. Quality GE product. Lots of room inside. Lots of operating options. 3rd rack option is very useful.

Cleans well but the wheels on the bottom rack come off ALL the time. The rack has been replaced twice, same results. They feel off again and melted this time on the coils.

I haven’t had it very long but so far it seems to be doing good it seems like that we’ve only had one issue with it not cleaning the dishes properly.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. This model was not the most expensive but it looks and works as good as any machine I’ve seen. The slate color and finger proof finish is so nice.

Cleans and dries well. Not the quietest, but mot the loudest either.

Works great. Haven’t had any issues. The bottle sprayer is the best part. Would give me 5 stars if it was a more affordable price.

This dishwasher was not my first choice. We purchased another brand because it matched my other appliances. that one couple not be installed because we needed one with an open bottom. We had to go back to Best Buy and choose another one. We happened on this GE and the handles matched my kitchen so we bought it. BEST DECISION EVER!!! The bottle jets alone are a great feature. I love the top tray for my cutlery and spatulas, even measuring cups fit in there. Another feature I use a lot is the upper and/or lower racks, when the top tray is full of glasses I can just run a quick load of just the glasses and I'm done. Best dishwasher I have ever had at an excellent price. I did have an issue with the 1 hour cycle giving an error code. I called Best Buy Service, they came out and could not upgrade the board so they replaced it, at no cost to me.

This dishwasher broke down 1.5 years after purchase (due to internal computer error), which speaks of the GE build quality. I have best buy premium plan (sort of a warranty from BB) which my pay ~$250 a year and they don't have any service appointment available for me, like at all. I would say also avoid signing up that warranty.

Bought this in May didn’t get it until middle of August. Get it installed used one time (Stopped half way through the cycle!) and stopped working! Now Best Buy warranty doesn’t do a thing because of manufacturer’s first year warranty and they send a third party! Now it has been 3 weeks and still waiting for someone to come look at it. I am being told part is on back order and cannot get for 2 more months! We bought a new house and now I have to take this waste of space with us in order for them to fix it! So upset!

Product seems to work ok...the bottom rack comes off track frequently and the top rack should have a third adjustment option. Also the dish soap leaks down the door and leaves a white residue mark on the stainless steel. There's not to parts for like a prewash either. Also the 3rd rack coulf be slightly deeper i have trouble fitting some larger utensils or items too small for the top rack.

Good overall dishwasher from reviews and ratings. Bought it on a pretty good sale price and had it available to be delivered the following week unlike others that were months out on backorder. Only bummer is didn't come with the water line hose or power supply cord, had to purchase separately. Still need to install after hooking up n wiring up the electrical

We have owned several dishwasher and for the money this is hands down the best of our purchases.
