It appears that dishwasher was dropped. Too much trouble to Uninstall. Product was damaged at warehouse. I tried to call Tracy CA warehouse to file a complaint but no one returned my call. Dishwasher was purchased in Dec 2020.

I can't believe someone designed this and got paid for it. We have pretty normal dishes and glasses and nothing really fits. Oh and the wine glass holder for the top goes the entire distance in a single piece so you are stuck if you don't have a dozen glasses to wash at a time.

Have had that happen numerous times. The top rack started rusting after 6 months, got a replacement. The control panel trim came loose and broke off after 9 months. Now, the dishwasher won't work at all. Flashing lights, resetting it didn't work. Have to get someone to look at it or just replace with something that doesn't suck so bad. Not getting GE again.
