Customers consistently note the excellent cleaning performance and quiet operation of this Top Control Built-In Dishwasher. However, some users express concerns regarding the adjustability and sturdiness of the racks. A few also mention that the dry boost feature may not fully dry dishes to their satisfaction. Overall, the positive feedback on cleaning and noise levels outweighs the negative comments about the racks and drying.

I bought this for my brother when he remodeled his kitchen recently. It is a dishwasher so you can't get too excited about it but he seems very happy.

Entire buying experience was great. Haven't taken delivery yet; just doing this for the reward points.

Difficult to start, even though the loads are set the same they don’t always come out as clean as they should.

Upon installation of dishwasher, found that one side and bottom of door was damaged. It appears that dishwasher was dropped. Too much trouble to Uninstall. Product was damaged at warehouse. I tried to call Tracy CA warehouse to file a complaint but no one returned my call. Dishwasher was purchased in Dec 2020.

Non adjustable rack on the bottom. Really that's all that needs to be said. I can't believe someone designed this and got paid for it. We have pretty normal dishes and glasses and nothing really fits. Oh and the wine glass holder for the top goes the entire distance in a single piece so you are stuck if you don't have a dozen glasses to wash at a time.

Worst dishwasher we've ever owned

Within 4 months, the rack rollers would loosen, fall off, and then burn on the heating coil. Have had that happen numerous times. The top rack started rusting after 6 months, got a replacement. The control panel trim came loose and broke off after 9 months. Now, the dishwasher won't work at all. Flashing lights, resetting it didn't work. Have to get someone to look at it or just replace with something that doesn't suck so bad. Not getting GE again.
