I'm glad I bought it as I already had to use it within a couple weeks of buying it. Nice to know I can just stop in with a problem and not have to worry about it costing me anything extra. Some of the services get pretty pricey on a per visit basis so this is great insurance.

Geek Squad has proven to be a good value. They have helped me 3-4 times now over the past year or so and I have never been disappointed with their help. Of course, most issues were operator ignorance yet I was never made to feel foolish about it. Professional, kind, and patient.

Every item that I had purchased at Best Buy seems to be for an amazing price and the merchandise is great. I told the person helping me that I was looking for an TV I can also act as a computer monitor for around $100 and he quickly identified the rate monitor for me. The savvy Ranch Best Buy is one of the best stores around!

Very professional personnel and service. I had identity theft which compromised my PC. Made a appointment with the Geek Squad, they found the problem and was able to fix my PC, the hardware and software, just like a new PC again. They also service other devices I have....

My other computer crashed and had been hacked. I had it fixed by the geek squad and then dropped it. I bought a new computer and then realized my old monitor would not work with the new computer, so I had to buy a new monitor. Then the geek squad transferred some of my stuff over to my new computer. I am happy now.

Almost took new laptop back due to only 512 memory. He showed me how to make use of OneDrive storage for unused files. After our discussion, i kept new pc. Should have called earlier. Will call them again to learn how to optimize my system, plus very nice to work with.

I have called on Geek Squad support about 3 times so far for help with technical support questions. I've gotten excellent answers so far. At one point I allowed the support tech to take control of my computer, and that worked out well--she cleaned up some junk files for me.

I've had excellent support any time I need it. I like being able to go online to setup an appointment that works with my schedule and that I don't have to sit and wait. I've also used the online support as well as the store and have never been disappointed!

My husband and I have realized that we need the Geek Squad expertise when it comes to our computer issues. Plus, we recently learned that our new computer will require a check up every 4-6 months to keep it running smoothly so this contract will pay for itself in no time!

I feel protected from the unknown problems one can have with computers. I spent 33 years working with computers and saw first hand how complicated problems can be. My faith is in Geek Squad to take care of any situation I might have with my new computer.

The details around coupon on Best Buy card was very complex. The one person was very knowledgeable and assisted to get correct for the sale. Then the squad helped with initial set up. I will use more as I try to decipher how to make the different devices talk to each other.

I had purchased Geek Squad 24/7 support a few years ago and was under the impression that I had renewed it. When I found out that it was not renewed then I went ahead and did so. This support is great and very helpful. Geek squad staff is very efficient and knowledgeable.

I purchased the geek squad service to install software on my laptop. I was told by the software co I needed 16 GB Ram and I only had 6 ! Geek squad did install the software and it works good. I also had a problem with installing Abode upgrades and they were able to solve it>

By having the Geek Squad on call will relieve you from any issues you have with your electronics. My tablet went belly up, I took it in to the Geek Squad, they analyzed it and reviewed when I purchased it, next thing I knew was I had a new one in my hand ready to go.

Though I am somewhat savvy with laptops and other electronic devices, it is simply good sense to have the Geek Squad covering any of my purchases at Best Buy. The service was extraordinary, and it took very little time for me to realize that I had made a wise decision.

I feel that my purchase of the 3 yr. Geek Squad protection for up to 3 computers for $349.00 is an excellent deal. I have had it less that 1 year, and it has already paid for itself when compared to what it would have cost had I bought service for my computers one at the time. I'm glad I purchased it!
