I ordered the M1 air with next day shipping. The outside was perfect when I unboxed it, so I did the set up. Once that was done and i opened it full screen, i saw the bottom left corner was damaged (15-20% of the screen). I took it to best buy in altamonte springs fl to exchange it and they said they couldnt and that i must’ve caused “water damage” in the 1 hour i had it in my posession, even though the screen was completely dry. It looks like the screen was replaced improperly because the tab that hold it seems to have been pressed into the screen (in pictures). I used to be an applecare advisor so i know water damage from pressure damage. They recommended i take it to apple and have warranty cover it (it doesnt cover damage) which means id have to pay $500 for a screen replacement. Just buy a new one, best buy wont have your back if they mess it up before it gets to you.

The laptop is really good dont get me wrong. My only issue is that i requested for space gray and they brought me gold.

Love it! it makes using my phone a lot easier. I love having this and my iPad and my iPhone this version I think is the best.

Best macbook even though its not brand new it works perfectly fine and looks brand new

The laptop is perfect! The battery is new, and wasn’t damaged at all when I received it! The screen has nothing wrong with it and there’s no dents at all! I put a case on mine but only to protect it!

Not an apple fan but this MacBook is a must. Love this gold color and the long battery life

Horrible experience, damaged from backshell side where apple logo is on, one of the corners where laptop opens and on the bottom of laptop looks like they didnt refurbish it properly, it looks like this laptop wont last long. I took it to BestBuy Los Feliz to return it and they didnt allow me to return it in store, they are making me go through the hassle of shipping it back. Mind you i bought this refurbished laptop online to be delivered in Los Feliz Best Buy location and they still refused to accept the return. I strongly regret buying this laptop and wont be purchasing from here anymore. I have shopped here for 16+ years and they treated me poorly.

I bought this laptop 3 times and the 3 times it came broken. Every app was crashing. Nothing was working, icloud was not syncing, the software doesn’t want to update. The worst part is every time I return the product they tell me “we have nothing to do about this” and that i have to wait for another 2 days in order for the new laptop to arrive. When it does, it’s not working as well. I did this 3 times. I ended up returning the product and getting a refund after waiting 1 week. This is the worst experience I had buying a laptop, and also the customer service are really unhelpful at all. So dissapointing for such a huge name to be like this when dealing with customers.

The laptop I received clearly had a screen replacement, and they managed to leave dust under the glass and decided it was fine. Who exactly “certifies” these refurbished products? What a joke. I gave it one extra star for the price point since it’s a cheap entry into the macOS system, but otherwise this has nothing going for it.

Gets the job done. But the refurbished quality isn’t great. Sticky keys, charging ports won’t hold the cable sturdy, and the keyboard is disgusting.

Bought a refurbished MacBook. Didn't find any software errors. The case is in very good condition. Bought for my wife, she is happy! A happy wife is a happy husband :-)

I'm sorry to say this but my experience was beyond horrendous. I bought this refurbished Mac for my wife in supposedly "excellent condition." I picked it up, brought it home, opened it and it had a dent in the top. I said to my wife we should return it but it took week to arrive and she said she was going to put in a case anyway. Long story short, the computer was totally faulty. It wouldn’t transfer her information from her previous mac and we had to return to store. The Geek squad (who was very kind and honest) said it didn’t even connect to the internet. Totally broken. It nearly cost her all of her data. So I order ANOTHER one. THIS TIME, I open the box in the store, just in case... It was even worse. See the photos I took in store - covered in dents, chips, scratches. I had such a terrible experience that the in-store team gave me a great deal on an open box mac instead, which I bought. I will give THEM a 5 star review on the West LA store's website but I will NEVER buy a refurbished Mac from Best Buy online again.

Price Good and really good keeping product send it

The laptop works fine. But the cord has periods where it works and doesn't. I tried reaching out but best buy's customer support system is confusing and takes forever to get a response.

Working perfect, very fast download, doesn’t feel like refurbished.
