I like the membership I have with Best Buy because I get to know all the deals before they happen and it’s really great for me now that it’s Christmas time because now I can find things more easily. I also love the convenience of the store, not being far from my home and they’re a great computer personnel. They help me with computer questions and things so that nature, and when it comes to me buying a computer they were very helpful and the computer I bought recently fit me like a glove.

I reached out to rhe real Geek Squad and they searched my devices and uploaded software to help any future breeches. As an elderly person I know we are targeted by scammers. Probably the best money I spent that day. Membership came with services of the Geek Squad tech support team, who handled the new computer setup, data transfer from my old machine, and Microsoft software load - and did an excellent job. They were friendly and helpful. One footnote: the store's phone system was terrible! Basically, I could communicate with the store by phone; I was repeatedly transferred to a corporate phone system. One of the Geek Squad left me a phone message to call him back; the store phone system would not put through my call!

I didn't know this service existed. Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to figure out why I had no sound. I would say that the membership is definitely worth it if you are a student or on a budget with regard to your technology. My laptop has extreme sentimental value and it got water spilled on it at work, the folks at GeekSquad were able to save it and get it sent off for repairs. The membership was cheaper than my computer repairs would have been outright, so I went ahead and signed up, and I’ve been able to make great use of the benefits of having it ever since! My new headphones are now protected as well!

You just can't go wrong by being a Total Member! Any products that you purchase at BB you know will be covered for two years. They stand by their products. Even Apple products are covered under the Total membership, no need to pay for the Apple Care. I'm very happy they offer this membership to protect all of my purchases, large or small.
