She uses her phone for pictures at family events and holidays, but didn't want an iPhone, so I did a lot of research and heard wonderful things about the Google Pixel 7. For this price point, I got a WAY better camera, 256g of storage, and an operating system she's more comfortable with. We haven't had any issues and she acclimated to the new device fairly quickly, which means the UI is well designed for her. Our carrier is Verizon and it has been working well with it. It holds a charge for over a day, including her listening to Pandora and browsing Facebook.

Charged the battery, copied over everything my old phone to the Pixel transferred my number I have never looked back. Great purchase.

Cameras are great in daylight photography and especially in low light and night photography, better than Samsung phones. Touch to search is really a great feature as well. Making it easy to search for items you like by just encircling. Definitely recommending this phone

A feature I’ve loved so far is the ability to adjust the max sound via my google pixel for a better experience in poorer quality headphones. The camera quality is also lovely, it’s different but a prettier output in my opinion. Also it is good as new I have not noticed any issues in purchasing my phone refurbished.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this phone two days before a major cross-country trip when my old phone's screen shattered and I didn't want to travel with a phone in questionable condition. The return window for a refurbished product is two weeks. I almost immediately noticed a few issues that I hoped might resolve themselves. The biggest issue is that it randomly will not swipe to a different screen. The pull-down menu from the top of the screen works fine, it just won't swipe side-to side. Sometimes if I've opened an app from a folder, then I close that app and want to open a different app from the same folder, it will just continually re-open the initial app. Both of these issues are worked around by turning the screen on and off again, so not major, but I would have liked to have been able to exchange the phone for one that works properly, upon returning home. It's on me for not reading the return policy thoroughly before buying, but all the same, but I'm baffled as to how a phone with such obvious and consistent issues made it past quality control. I'm very disappointed and would not trust Best Buy's refurbished products in the future.
