Overall a great deal. I’m now a fan of refurbished products after seeing the saving and the product quality.

But the phone came perfectly intact and it has worked well. Thank you for this fast and easy process

I was told it was unlocked. It was shipped to my home. When I turned it on and went through the setup. It has a message saying it was being managed by Google IT. It had a number to call so I called it. Google told me there was nothing they could do and I should return it. I love 45 mins away from any Best Buy. So I call geek squad said was told there was nothing they could do and I should reach out to Google. Told them I already have. To get a hold of Best Buy. Was told to come to store. They couldn't do anything in store either. Said I should talk to google. Once again I told them I already had. So i tried to return the phone. I was still in my return period. They couldn't refund my money. They said they didn't have enough. I should take either to another best buy. So i did. There I was told the same thing. That I would have to exchange it for something in the store. I was mad So i left. Now I'm stuck with this expensive paper weight that does nothing and no one seems to want to help me. They got my money and that's all they wanted.

The reception is bad & it has nothing to do with the phone service bc I have the same service.. As far as it being a Google phone, my daughter loves all the different settings it has, they definitely not available on my Samsung or her dad's Apple phone.

The phone does not work properly, is glitchy, and randomly closes out of all apps. Customer service has been no help since it is past the return/trade deadline (I contacted them 12/31). All they tell me is I have to bring the phone into a Best Buy store, which is not easy given how many are closing down, therefore having to travel to get to one. If you do want to purchase this phone, be mindful of the deadline! I will never purchase Geeksquad Certified Refurbished again. $390 down the drain.

The phone was not unlocked

I called the mobile company and they told me the phone was locked because the previous owner had a due balance. There is a risk that this product is not Unlocked, i will try to get a refund
