The Best Buy associate that helped me with this purchase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the camera to see my loved one in the assisted care facility and make sure they were safe.

A couple steps in the setup procedure are not quite smooth, but can be figured out with a few tries. I purchased a reconditioned model that was missing the QR code. Be sure to use the code in the base instead.A For additional users to an established location; don't forget to accept the terms and conditions to get automatically connected

Setting up the camera was easy. Quality if great, I have only had it for a short period of time, so far I am happy with the camera as it has met my expectations.

I don't have to get up all night to check on him. I just watch the camera and make sure he is comfortably sleeping. I highly recommend inside the home to keep an eye on the elderly if you are in a different part of the house.

We use them to keep an eye on our pets while we are working, either from home or the office. The wide angles and clear picture at night and day are great. A little pricey compared to other cameras, but can be worth it since everything integrates well into the Google Home app.

The camera quality is excellent with very little lag, nightvision enables quickly as lights dim and brighten, and the audio pick-up and mic are fantastic!

I am guessing it’s more of a problem with my wifi but still cannot figure it out.

I have the Nest app and have 2 cameras (from 2017) that still work great. I thought since it’s a 2nd generation that I could use Google Home app to set it up. Not so. I get the message that I have to migrate my Nest account. Birds migrate. Butterflies migrate. Now my app migrates too. What does that really mean in laymen’s talk not IT talk. I don’t want to lose what I see in my Nest app so I haven’t set up this camera yet.

Easy setup and connection. Had everything running in just a few minutes. Would not suggest letting Best Buy deliver via Shipt. Shipt is AWEFUL. Said it would be delivered on Tuesday, didn't get delivered until Wednesday. Tracking kept showing picked up and on its way. I would have been better off to pick up at the store.
