Night vision works well. Good wide angle coverage. Sends notifications consistently for a person, package and animal (depends on what you select for notification).

Was worried about it working off of battery only but haven't had any issues with it. We have it on a second home and were concerned that it would need to be charged while we were not there. When we are there, we throw it on the charger for a little while and all is well with the world.

I owned one at my previous house and when we moved, I got another. My only complaint with this newer model is that it does not always automatically switch to night vision mode at dusk. Not a huge issue, but kind of annoying at times.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the Night Vision is less than ideal. Bright lights can delay or prevent the camera from switching to Night Vision. We suggest installing the wedge to angle your doorbell away from bright lights, or to install the doorbell in a shady spot. You should also make sure that any nearby surfaces or objects (like a wall) are out of view, since the doorbell’s infrared light can reflect off a surface.

Still has the satisfying click when pressing the bell button compared to competitors doorbell camera’s. Great features and fixed the larger glass lens that tends to peal over time.

Only able to view and save videos from the app and only if subscribed to the ever-increasing fees. Maybe this will improve down the road.
