The NEST is really easy to set up and get started with. The app is really helpful in saving energy and you can monitor your energy use. I think the best part is even if you leave you can log into your app and place the NEST into AWAY mode which allows energy savings.

Very convenient. We were able to install it quickly. Hopefully the profits will start to roll in.

No sense purchasing, this is my second nest, 2 different ones and best buy was not able to install neither very disappointed. I was looking forward in the energy conservation and capabilities of temperature control.

Had to replace my gen 1 nest after it stopped working and this gen 3 version is way slimmer. Love the face that I have it integrated in SmartThings albeit through 3rd party software but it can operate independently of that as well.

Love the way I can lay in the bed and turn the unit on.

Overall I like the Nest. Being able to control it on my phone is the biggest plus.

Delivery was reasonable. Design was sleek. You are install it and forget about it.

Starting from installation, I had numerous problems. The link that came with product as instructions solved nothing. When I clicked, it said Nest is Google now. No instructions. I did youtube search to figure the installation. After I completed the install, instructions started to fly in to my email. I noticed, every two to three days, the device was getting off-line. My wifi and thermostat are about 20 feet away and are in line of sight. The thermostat learns the owner's pattern of temp setting and copies it. I was gone out of the country a few days ago when it again went off line. I was unable to change the temp remotely. I press for help on my phone and sent them three messages asking for help. They never responded even days later. Unfortunately I was out of range to return the device back to Best Buy or I would have returned. I have it now for a month, its useless device. I had programable thermostat before this which I think is better than this. A good programable thermostat costs $70 and I had paid $316 for this including tax.

Geek squad agents were excellent! They set up my Nest thermostat and ring doorbell. I would not hesitate to recommend Geek squad.

Works great for my apartment and easy to use. Also works with my Google home

I was unsure at first since it’s so much more expensive than regular thermostats. But it’s so cool how you can track how much energy you used and how you can change the temperature of your house all from your cell phone no matter where you are!

I love my Nest thermometer! I have had it for over 1 year but lately at night when we turn it to 68 degrees it will go up to 72 degree at night while we sleep and we don’t understand why it does that! Other then the product doing that on got this product for a great price and the Best Buy team did a great job exampling everything to me!

I was able to install for myself. Set up was also a breeze with their app.

I set this up in my house about a month or so ago. And as of now, my electric bill was 130ish a month, is now 80s. I set up the calendar it offers, so now it comes on at certain times and only set to certain temps. This saves money, hands down.
