Great Wi-Fi! Easy set up and positioning through the google home app. I have one plugged directly into my AT&T modem in pass through mode. The other two receivers are at opposite ends of the house and on different floors and I get blazing fast Wi-Fi in every room of the house. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle free mesh network for a medium size home.

I purchased the google nest pro 6e to replace my older google nest 5. Unfortunately it was difficult to uninstall the nest 5 and replace it with the nest 6e. It took multiple attempts over 5 hours.
My connection speed is not much better than the speed of nest 5. In addition, I am suffering lose of connection which did not occur with the nest 5 installed in the same location. It is very sensitive to anything placed around it. It was a BIG mistake on my part. Avoid this product!
Hey there, MichaelS. Sorry to see the Nest Wifi Pro wasn’t quite the upgrade you expected. There could be a few things impacting your connection — here are some ways to improve this:
1. Your device is far from your router: often moving your device closer to your router or point will result in improved speeds. 2. Building materials and other objects may slow your connection: if possible, try to use your device within a clear line of sight to your router or point. 3. Some devices do not support the faster Wi-Fi standards: speed is dependent on both the router or point and the device that is connected to it. If you have an older device, it’s likely it won’t support the latest standards for the fastest speeds.

I was really impressed when my brother recommended purchasing the kitchen display as a housewarming gift after I closed on my last house. I was initially hesitant to buy the actual pods, but I’m glad I did. I needed a Wi-Fi extender and had purchased one on Amazon, but ended up returning it. This device did exactly what I needed—it extended my Wi-Fi and gave me an amazing speaker in the kitchen. It’s definitely a great investment, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I love the design and ease of use, but it didn't work with my Sonos system, or rather, my Sonos didn't work with it. Otherwise I think it is great for a easy, low maintenance setup

I previously had the original Google Mesh WiFi system, which worked well until one point stopped connecting. After some consideration, I decided to “upgrade” to the Nest WiFi Pro — and I truly regret that decision. This has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From day one, the Nest WiFi Pro has been unreliable. The points go offline constantly with no warning, and the app often falsely reports that everything is working fine. I ignored the negative reviews and assumed they were isolated cases — big mistake. This system is completely unstable and not worth the hassle.
Google customer support has been equally disappointing. They repeatedly walked me through the same generic troubleshooting steps with no real results. Eventually, I escalated the case to a supervisor, who gave me incorrect information and refused to offer a full refund, citing that I purchased the system through Best Buy.
I reluctantly accepted a replacement option. I was told to order a new system from the Google Store, and a temporary hold would be placed on my card until I returned the old one. Instead of releasing the hold, they charged my card, and now I’m being told that my only refund options are Payoneer or store credit — seriously, how can a company as large as Google not process a basic refund?
To make matters worse, while waiting on the Payoneer link (which still hasn’t come), they sent me another replacement unit — which I’m now also apparently responsible for returning.
I still haven’t been refunded for the original replacement, and the new unit is just as unreliable as the first. This whole experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. Do not waste your money on the Nest WiFi Pro.

Router works so much better that the one that we had (it was not a Google). Wish we had bought months ago.

Had to give 4 stars due to the crazy setup process. I’ve used Google Mesh routers for years, and recently upgraded to the Nest Pro. I’ve done the setup for these types of routers numerous times, but the Pro setup was crazy.
After over 3 hours of trouble shooting, doing exactly what your supposed to, I couldn’t get my 2nd and 3rd router setup. I kept getting a connection error. No matter how many times I wiped the network and started over, or used another one of my mesh routers as the main one to setup, I still had the issue with the 2nd, and 3rd device. I finally found a post the next day where the person said that if you are having connection issues when trying to pair your other devices, to just plug the Ethernet cord into your paired main router, then into the one you are trying to pair, and it will work. I couldn’t believe it, but it worked, and I was up and running within minutes after that. So, if your having issues, just do that and save yourself the headache. In the end, I love the Nest Pro routers, the setup was the no so fun part.

Great Speed and Range. It’s awesome having everything connected to my Google home.
