Reserve a Lot of Time to Install This.

The Google Home App works well for directions, but at times is overly complicated. As a side bar, we had to purchase this because a power surge burned up our previous system. Buy surge protection for this network!!!!

No stability with connection speed

Not worth it for the cost

Posted .Hi there, Barath. Sorry to hear you're having inconsistent connection with the Nest Wifi Pro. There could be a few things impacting this — here’s some suggestions to improve your speed:
1. Your device is far from your router: often moving your device closer to your router or point will result in improved speeds.
2. Building materials and other objects may slow your connection: if possible, try to use your device within a clear line of sight to your router or point.
3. Some devices do not support the faster Wi-Fi standards: speed is dependent on both the router or point and the device that is connected to it. If you have an older device, it’s likely it won’t support the latest standards for the fastest speeds.

Haven’t noticed any real improvements (though don’t really have many issues with my last ones but wanted to have the latest). These are super buggy. Had to re add routers multiple times. Sometimes internet just doesn’t work for no good reason for 15 min or so, never happened before and neighbors have theirs working so must be due to the routers. Hopefully they will fix them through updates? I really am regretting upgrading though. Not trusting Google as a brand as much as I used too, i recently switched back to iPhone due to multiple issues with my pixels. Quality control and usability has not been great with their products recently in my experience.

The reason for the 3 is it is not as easy to set up as described. Also the range isn't as good as described but better than other products out there. If you have Spectrum as your internet service provider expect some solid knowledge to set these up. Once set up everything else was a breeze.
