Setup was extremely easy. Worked mostly well for about 6 months. Now I'm having to restart the network at least twice a week due to extremely slow wireless. When I test from the Home app, everything looks good, speed tests, good, etc; but if I speed test from my devices it won't even load the right pages to test. I would return if I could...
Hey there, JonM. Sorry to hear you’re running into connectivity issues on your Nest Wifi Pro. While a simple reset should be helping, you may need to do a factory reset to resolve this issue — here’s how:
1. Press and hold the factory reset button on your point. 2. Continue to hold the button for about 10 seconds until there's a sound confirming the device is resetting. 3. After the device has been reset, the device will still appear in the Google Home app. 4. To remove the device and your previous network, follow the instructions for app factory reset.

A really excellent upgrade from the Google Nest WiFi. I have gigabit access to the outside and am getting 700-800 mbit downloads on tablets, PCs, and streaming TVs. The transition was seamless. Just make sure that you use the same network names and passwords and everything in my house reconnected immediately.

I really wished that I had saved the money and purchased the multi pack from the get go. Does as advertised but unless you can place a single unit in the middle of your living space you'll want at least two of these.

I was so excited to get these new devices but there arent deally pro devices. The range is worse than my 5 year old Wifi 5 system. The speeds are very inconsistent. There is very little customization through the Nest App. The WAN pirt is also limiyed to 1gb. It gets a 3 because its so cheap and hss matter but othersie its just lacking in many areas. Will give a little more time but will probably replace woth an Orbi or ET12

This mesh router works great for my situation! My internet comes in at one end of my house, which leaves the middle and far end with an abysmal internet connection. The Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro 6e AXE5400 Mesh Router (3 pack), solved the problem, giving me great Wi-Fi coverage throughout my home.

Had an ORBIT, worked great for few years. One room of our 3300sf house doesn't get very good connection, we thought might because the ORBI is aging. Got this set, which suppose to cover bigger area, but no, the wifi seems even weaker. Every now and then had to reboot. Not as good as ORBI in MHO.
Hi CarmineD. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand that you're having some inconveniences with the coverage in one room of your house. The placement of your Google Nest Wifi router and points or Google Wifi points is vital for the reliability of your Wi-Fi network throughout your home. Really easy to set up and works great. Also the coverage area is excellent.

After months of use I have had exactly zero issues, would highly recommend. They definitely have solved our 3 story house Wi-fi issues, and extend well out into our yard and driveway as well. Easy set up, and I already had the Google App for our Sony TV, so I was glad I did not have to add yet another app on my phone.

This router annoyingly won't let you separate the 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands into separate networks, which means it's up to your client devices to pick one. Not all of them are very good at that (like laptops and phones that move around). On a faster internet connection, the 2.4 GHz band is too slow to support the full speed and often results in a suboptimal connection.
I wish I returned this when I still could.
