It drops internet continuously and customer support is not helpful. Actually, I don't think Google customer support knows what they are doing to support this product. Unfortunate as I loved their previous version but this one is not worth the price.

1. Factory reset your Wifi devices: If you continue to have connection issues, factory reset your Wifi devices.
2. Check your configuration: you might need to adjust the WAN settings in the Google Home app.
3. Check your cables and connections: sometimes loose, disconnected, or damaged cables can cause connection issues.
