Had to give 4 stars due to the crazy setup process. I’ve used Google Mesh routers for years, and recently upgraded to the Nest Pro. I’ve done the setup for these types of routers numerous times, but the Pro setup was crazy.
After over 3 hours of trouble shooting, doing exactly what your supposed to, I couldn’t get my 2nd and 3rd router setup. I kept getting a connection error. No matter how many times I wiped the network and started over, or used another one of my mesh routers as the main one to setup, I still had the issue with the 2nd, and 3rd device. I finally found a post the next day where the person said that if you are having connection issues when trying to pair your other devices, to just plug the Ethernet cord into your paired main router, then into the one you are trying to pair, and it will work. I couldn’t believe it, but it worked, and I was up and running within minutes after that. So, if your having issues, just do that and save yourself the headache. In the end, I love the Nest Pro routers, the setup was the no so fun part.

The set up is so easy. They are consistent and reliable. But I had to upgrade to a 3-pack in order to get decent service at the far end of a 2200 sq ft house! That’s so much less than advertised.

Congestion issues may be affected by various factors, including Wi-Fi interference and physical barriers, which can limit the range and cause a slower connection to the internet. We recommend placing your device within a line of sight to improve signal reception. For example, if the far end of your house has weak Wi-Fi, it's advisable not to place a mesh router in that exact spot. Instead, position it halfway in that direction. Integrates well into the Google ecosystem. If you aren't already a Goole user I would look elsewhere. Lack of advanced features, 2.5Gb, and "cloud" integration cost it a star. Connectivity and speed is great though!

Excell t and easy mesh router system. Super easy to set up and add u its if needed. I love the ehternet connections on each router. Wish it had more than 2 but I think overall it is a good system and super easy to set up. I have not had to do any mainatanance or troubleshooting but the app makes it super easy to do so. Only down side is you cannot control which bands you want to use or change some advanced settings.

I recently upgraded my home network with the Google Nest Wifi 6E system, and I must say, it has completely transformed my internet experience. With the ever-increasing number of connected devices in my household, I needed a router that could handle the demand and deliver seamless connectivity throughout my entire home. Google Nest Wifi 6E has surpassed my expectations on every level.

1 Gig service. Using the latest firmware available, only seeing 800 Mbps at the router (wired).
Randomly getting 50 Mbps down 6 feet away from the satellite even though the Nest app reports an excellent wireless backhaul connection. Have to turn on/off the wireless on the device to fix the issue temporarily, but still getting middling speeds.
Setup was easy using the app. Very limited customization available and no web interface.
Don't forget to enable WPA3 if you want to use WiFi 6E.
Replaced this with an Orbi setup. Much more expensive, but I'm getting 400 down OUTSIDE of the home. Can stream music now in the garage without using data!

Should have just stayed with old wifi

I am kinda disappointed in this product. It was working great for a while. A year and a half later I am having to restart the whole mesh system every day or two. The network starts to slow down and get laggy. Ive spent hours looking up info trying to improve the connection only to find others having similar issues. Im really thinking about switching to something else.
