Had the orignal session good camera but this one blows it out the water better quaility video 4k better photos at 10mp and the voice control sold me works amazing

I previously had the GoPro hero 3 model and upgraded to this newer version. It’s small, very convenient and light weight. I really like the fact that it’s smaller in size, not bulky at all!

This camera is just what we needed for capturing all the action while doing many different sports. The playback is outstanding. Easy to use and awesome outcome.

The size of this camera is awesome and is perfect for what I need. The only part that I don't like is no replaceable battery, but I knew that before buying.

I use this camera frequently and am constantly amazed by the quality of the video and the features it has. My only complaint is that the battery is built in and not replaceable.

I wanted a small action cam that wouldn’t take up much space. This was the ideal solution. A really cool feature is being able to use your iPhone as the viewfinder. We rode atvs in the sand dunes in Oregon, and having the camera mounted to my helmet was the best location. I was able to use my iPhone to make sure it was pointed at the right angle the entire time. Keep in mind this model does not have built in gps or accelerometer for overlaying that information over video in gopro’s apps. For what it is, this camera is about the best on the market.

Easy to use and quality was not bad for the $$$! I needed it for my trip for Hawaii and it worked out perfectly... snorkeling, video taping luau, and helicopter tour! Well worth it.

I love the Go Pro Session Hero5. Its compact and takes great video and photos. I have a model train layout and put it on a flat car and pushed the flatcar with a locomotive to give front end cab view going around the layout. It turned out awesome. I love the fact that you can connect to your phone and see a live view of what the camera is recording. I am happy with my purchaer

I would have given the GoPro a 5 star but my hopes for a longer battery out of the small package didn't come to fruition. The camera is great and I love it beside that one fault.

Works great easy too use , a bit of a learning curve but overall easy , used it when I went mountain biking a few times got great video no shakes

This GoPro is much more satisfying to use than my Hero3. This one will shoot 4k for about an hour and a half straight before it needs to charge. I got a full day of shooting/standby with it stuck to the windshield in Africa.

Small and easy to use. I used it while I ride my bike. Can mount it on the bar or under the seat.

This is my first Gopro and I am enjoying use it. It is a very compact size and easy to use. I wanted something very basic and this delivered.

Gets Hot - Short Battery Life I was charging this thing up and it gets pretty hot. Shot some video with it and it gets hot. Shot more video with it and the battery went dead. I may have exceeded the age threshold that allows the younger folk to see and appreciate a need or use for this device. I returned it and exchanged it for the Hero Pro 5 in hopes that I hadn't become an old fuddy duddy that no longer appreciates new toys.

This item works great, the picture is very sharp. Only this is battery goes kind of quick, turn off all extra modes to make battery last.

I bought a Go Pro for my son as he plays paintball and wants to record the action. he used it the day after we bought it and watched the video when he got home, it was amazing, very clear and easily viewable. The Go Pro even got shot with paintballs and was easily cleaned and no operational problems. He ordered various attachment sets so he could wear it on his head, arm and different parts of his body. He loves it,

Good software. Easy to set up and use. Excellent video camera. I am very happy with the quality of the videos I am taking.
