Bluetooth doesn't work/ Sturdy phone

Great audio and the phone itself feels incredibly well made but the bluetooth would not connect to any of my Apple devices. It was not visible to any other device. I bought this phone predominantly because of the bluetooth so I will be returning it and not purchasing another.
