TV mounted, connected to the internet. Unable to mount the sound bar due to hanger not long enough. All in all good job.

The Geek Squad couldn't have been nicer. So helpful. Didn't rush and didn't leave until we understood how to use the television.

Geed sqaud good. Best Buy TV's not so good. Had 2 Sony big screens go bad on us in under 2 years! Luckily we had insurance coverage, but only up to what we paid, even if TV we had was worth more and we paid less as they discounted the TV. So you may wind up paying more for a similar TV which was the case with us.

They unmounted the old tv and mounted the new tv with no difficulty. They were also very polite and accommodating.

Guys came within the time estimate and called when 30 minutes out. Removed old tv and installed new one in 35 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Our old tv was still covered under a 5 year warranty. So the new tv, removal of the broken tv, and installation of the new tv were all free.

The Team was very efficient and answered my questions very well. Also friendly and made sure all the components were operating properly. Well done.

Two young men showed up to replace my 75” TV. As usual for Geek Squad the appointment was confirmed the day before followed up by a personal call from the tech that day to advise more accurately when they would arrive. In fact he called twice to update me on progress on the first job and then when on the way. The older one knew the specifics of the new model. All the inputs were connected and tested, as well as the remote. All old tv and new tv packing materials were taken away. Real nice job. I’ll definitely use their install services again, as I have for other appliances.

The two members of The Geek Squad who arrived at our house for the installation were fantastic! Their professionalism, courteousness, and product knowledge far exceeded our expectations. We trusted them completely with our installation and have used the Geek Squad in the past. We will continue to use them as needed without any hesitation. They mounted our TV and Soundbar perfectly square and accurate on our wall. They also mounted our board to cover the wires along the wall. They tightly bound the excess wires nice and neat near the outlet out of sight.

The geek squad remote agent solved our problem of the tv turning on and off on its own. They replaced it with a new tv which works great. The agents who came to our home and installed the.new tv were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Geek squad was great.

we had a problem with the cooling fan going out on the tv we had. we made a call to best buy and they helped us replace it with a new one. the geek squad came with a new one, hooked it up, showed us how to use the the remote as every remote is a little different. took all the stuff with them, did it in no time. we were very informed and happy when they left. we will use their service again. thank you

We had trouble with a big screen tv which was covered under warranty. Two trips by Geek Squad and a Supervisor came out. They knew exactly what to do, and what they could not do. TV had a bad mother board and had to be replaced. Supervisor got the OK to help with hooking up cable, etc because of our unique circumstances. They really go the extra mile for their customers. We have used Geek Squad for many years for our computers, Won't ever be without them!

Every experience ive had with Geek squad has been surprisingly joyous. They have helped me with any and all issues i have experienced. Including replacing a tv and even coming out to inspect the old tv, taking it off the wall and hauling away, then delivering and mounting the replacement. They will even setup your tv and help with getting all of.your apps installed and set up if you want them to. Amazing team of people!

Called Geek Service when my old TV died and the 5 year service plan was still active with a year to go. My problem was handled quickly and efficiently and a new replacement TV was scheduled for delivery and installation. Very Pleased.

Agents took down the old TV, removed the new TV from the box, mounted it to the wall, then placed the old TV in the box. All in all, the agents were friendly, efficient, and professional.
