I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this camera is great! I travel quite a bit and usually carry a GoPro with me. So when I saw an internet camera that had the same lens I had to give it a try. Setting up wasn’t tough... I know my password. I’m able to monitor and set an alarm when I’m away from the house. And I can check in on my troublesome lab and even talk to him when I’m away. It does everything I need it to do.

Although the picture quality is no the best it’s still a very good camera. It’s very easy to Install the one problem was that you need to charge it every time it dies

Okay as Live Camera
Let me start out by saying I did receive this camera in exchange for an honest review.
So here it goes.
Having a 360 view outside is pretty nice. Here are my likes and dislikes.
Like:
Easy Set-up
360 view of surroundings
Nice picture in live mode
Friendly customer service
Auto Arm – not a feature I used, but could be very helpful
2 way audio function
Dislikes and improvements needed:
Monthly cost
Ability to access recorded footage from personal computer
Ability to selectively set the detection zone (ex: block a street so not every car triggers a notice)
Motion detection (Event History) and alerts need some refinement. Takes too long for the detected video to reach the smartphone. Detection is inconsistent. It will pick up the car driving down the road, but not a car pulling in my driveway.
Battery – Don’t bother using the battery power if this is out of reach or you are away from the camera for a time. I only got maybe 2 days out of the battery. Ended up having to run the power cord to it.
Notification settings – Only the PUSH method seemed to work consistently for me. When I did get a text, the hyper link simply takes you to an ad, rather than your detected video. Email is a simple notice as well. Would be nice to hyperlink to the video that triggered the notice.
Bottom line, if you would like a nice 360 LIVE view it will work great. If you need reliable security that records and alerts quickly and completely, I would go another route for now. Could be better down the road with some enhancements.

Setup of this camera is pretty simple and I completed it without issues. The camera image quality is really good and the night vision engages fast and works reliably. The camera’s viewing angle can be manipulated in the app with finger swipes and is very intuitive and easy to use. Wall mount installation is pretty easy and quick to perform. A dome style mount attaches to the wall via screws and the camera attaches to the mount via a strong magnet in the rear of the camera. This allows the hefty camera to be positioned on the dome at any angle and re-positioned instantly if required and without tools. The app requires creation of an account before use and the included free monitoring option provides two days of archiving limited to five second video clips with no audio. If you want a longer archiving period, longer video clips and audio, you’ll have to pony up for one of the available paid monthly subscriptions. One feature I really like is the ability to tilt, zoom and rotate the saved footage as if it were live. The app itself is okay but I occasionally lose connectivity to the camera or the camera will disarm for no reason. The app also freezes occasionally if it encounters the slightest snag. One thing it seems to dislike a lot is using the app while the camera is powered off, at least on my phone. Also, the app will bug you relentlessly to permit notifications, so do yourself a favor and allow notifications the first time it asks. Seems like the app is still a work in progress but once I learned which actions made it the most temperamental, I learned how to use it mostly without issue. This is a nice camera but not quite as refined or reliable as some of the more established competition. But it definitely has a lot of potential once the app and subscription services are perfected.

The battery doesn’t last more than two days. It delays almost 8 hours for an alert that something is moving outside of the house. Very confusing app. Do not buy.

Bought this camera 2 months ago and have been unable to get it set up. This, despite 6 separate contacts with tech support. My wifi is a Linksys Velop so a modern wifi system. After my second online tech chat, I get escalated to the supervisor. Am told I will hear back within 24hrs. 1 week later I get an email asking more questions about my system. I respond the same day. Another week later I get an email response back. I respond again with another question that same day. Again, 1 week later, I get a response.
"Send the unit to me and I'll set it up." Three weeks later I get what appears to be a refurbished unit (scratched, dirty) that requires that I contact tech support again to register the unit.
I get on chat again and after 15 min says he can't register it because I can't read the code on the side of the unit.
THE CODE IS UNREADABLE BECAUSE THEY SENT ME A USED UNIT IN RETURN.
Thank goodness I bought the Geek Squad plan. Brought it back to BB today and bought a Canary Indoor/Outdoor camera. Took me 5 minutes to set it up and get running.
Guardzilla has wasted at least 8 hours of my time trying to get this set up.
I can't say it enough. Avoid this company at all costs. There are so many better options out there.

The camera and accessories all seem to be very well made and high quality, fit and finish is excellent. It comes with the camera, table stand, magnetic mount for ceiling, 10' weather proof USB power cable and 2A small wall wart. Instructions were minimal at best. For a non techie this would be hard to install as what instructions there were was not very good.
Setting up took me several attempts with a few emails to customer support (which was fast and excellent, actually Guardzilla has the best customer support I have ever encountered next to Apple). The app seems to be unstable and I had to get a firmware update to get the motion detector to work. Some features of the app do not work with the 360 outdoor at the moment but they said it would be updated in the coming weeks.
I tried using the camera indoors and it works perfectly, excellent picture quality, and the night vision actually works. It can see in a pitch black room. The motion sensor works very well indoors. Outdoors it does not work as well, the picture blooms from sunlit to shade areas and the motion sensor seems to only work within a few feet. As far as the 360 feature it is great, so much better then a fixed angle. You simply swipe to rotate your vision or tilt the phone in the direction you want to see. The battery life for me was poor I only got about 5 days before I had to charge it. I suppose I was playing with it more then typical as its new, so will have to wait and see if I can get the months of use that they claim. As an indoor camera this thing is great, outdoors not so much.
Once they get the app straightened out this would be a highly recommend product but for now it seems to be too buggy with it not occasionally responding. I also would like to see online accessibility so I can check the camera from a PC.

Pro's: Good picture quality, can pan around to see the whole area. Night vision works well, as well as 2 way audio.
Con's: The motion detection didn't even work correctly until recently. (it would only sometimes detect someone walking by, but wouldn't send/save a video clip, the event history would only show then I armed/disarmed it) You have to remember to "arm" it just to get recordings. You are severely limited in the recordings you get, unless you pay more for their cloud storage. The app is clunky and will not find the camera sometimes, unless I force close and then reopen it. I had to restart setup because the app froze.
The idea is great, the overall execution is not.
The overall value is a 2/5 due to having to pay for any decent length recording, and the camera is not cheap to being with. For those who have decent networks and the storage available, a local 24/7 recording option would be great. (even if I had to pay a one time license for local recording, it would still be a good option) I gave them a 3/5 due to their support being helpful and easy enough to get a hold of.

I bought this last month the 28th, but I’m already having problems. The battery is always low, on last 2 hours, no matter how long I charge it. It’s a headache. Before the screen is working, now it’s not showing anything other than blank white

This experience with this camera has been great. Taking it out of the box, it feels substantial and well made. The setup was really simple. Install the app, touch the button on the side of the camera, and follow the steps.
I really like the features of this camera - the 360 video, multiple mounting options, 2 way audio, loud siren, and alerts without requiring a subscription. The best part of this for me is the 360 video. The camera can sit on a flat surface, wall, or ceiling and you get a great view from all angles. The video and audio is clear and night vision works great.
The only thing I don’t like about this device is the mobile app. The android app isn’t very polished and looks very outdated, but it is functional and I didn’t have any problems with it.
