This movie for anyone starting out fresh getting into horror flicks,its not ideal to knock you out your chair,but a movie for starter.

I don't know if it's as terrifying as the hype suggests, but this is a fantastic movie. It's more of a slow burn like, say, Rosemary's Baby or The Wicker Man.

I think I was expecting more from this movie based on reviews and the trailers. I did not find this movie to be very scary, but more disturbing. I love Toni Collette and think she is amazing, but this movie did not really do much for me. If you are looking for a movie to really scare you and make you jump out of your seat, this really isn't the right movie. Still worth seeing and this is only one persons opinion.

This movie literally made my jaw drop at first viewing. No movie has ever done that before. Well no movie made in the US at least. Movie is great overall.

This movie is subtle horror, yet definitely has it's jaw dropping moments. Everything I purchase these days has to include a digital copy!

Hereditary is an amazingly well done project. It’s visceral and hard to watch at times but well worth viewing, especially if you love horror movies

This movie is the first movie from this director. His second film, Midsommar, is also amazing. Do yourself a favor and check this out.
