This bike was originally purchased for my son as a birthday gift. After convincing him that it was a weekend rental that we had to share the weekend before his birthday, which was midweek, he raved about how he wanted nothing more to have one for his birthday. After the weekend was over i his it and gave it him on his birthday and HE... WAS... ECSTATIC!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY so was I; for him and because i fell in love with it also. So, when my son told me i should get one also so that we can ride together and that it would also save me money on gas it wasnt much convincing needed... i bought another!

I am super happy with this bike! I can now venture 4x my normal range on my mountain bike without braking a sweat! I did a 18 mile ride on pedal assist 2 holding a 13 mph pase and at the end still showed 100% battery remaining. Only thing I recommend is to take your time putting together. I needed to adjust the brakes and fine tune comfort items after putting together.

This Electric Bike is amazing and worth every penny. You will not be disappointed. And Best buy is the place to find and it. Their customer service is great.

I know I’m not winning anything….but I will share my e-bike experience (Heybike) has been great ! This bike will definitely get you out of the House ! Also helped me get my Better Half out & about !

Bought the bike for my daughter to go back to school and it broke down just after the 30 day Best Buy return window. I called HeyBike customer service and they requested a video explaining what is wrong with the bike, which I did to the best of my ability. Sent the video in but never got any confirmation they received the video. Had to follow up with a call and it seemed like we had to start all over. HeyBike has not communicated with us and we’ve had to initiate all contact. Bike’s been sitting in my garage since August with no resolution. HeyBike does not respond and seems to be confused when I call. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this bike and work with a reputable bike shop when selecting an E Bike. That way they can help you with any issues. Usually I buy geek squad protection but it’s not available for the HeyBike which should had been a red flag considering Best Buy does not provide technical support for this product.

I just hit 150 miles on the Mars 2.0 and let me tell you that it is the best purchase I have made. Saves me 70$ of gas a week and is just fun to ride. Highly recommend!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, STAY AWAY FROM HEYBIKE!!!
I had made a purchase a couple months ago and have still not been able to ride it due to the battery being faulty right out of the box. even getting the bike it took about an hour to assemble the thing only to be disappointed. On top of that the store does nothing to help and heybike is extremely difficult to reach and talk with.

My experience with this bike, purchased from Best Buy, has been deeply frustrating. After a lengthy assembly, I discovered the battery was defective. Best Buy customer service instructed me to bring the bike to a distant store for an exchange. However, upon arriving with the heavy bike, the store manager refused the exchange or return. This led to a debate between the phone representative and the store manager, which I had to witness.
Forced to take the defective product home, I contacted the manufacturer, Heybike. Despite their initial instruction to return it to the retailer, I had to explain that Best Buy had already refused. After I provided a video of the issue as requested, it took Heybike over a month to send a replacement battery.
The level of customer service from both Best Buy and Heybike fell significantly short of expectations. This experience will heavily influence my future purchasing decisions.

The Heybike Mars 2.0 looks great and would have been a great buy if it only works. Out of the box the battery is out of charge. Battery charge indicator lights are not working either. Do not buy from Best Buy. They won't help you resolve issue and no returns or exchanges. Very hard to claim with Heybike. I'm stuck with a lemon ebike.

We just bought one of these bikes for Christmas for the whole family to enjoy and it was fun for about two hours until the battery ran out and we tried to charge it realizing then the battery charger doesn’t fit the port to the battery. I tried reaching out to heyBike Support but they haven’t responded in five days. Best Buy also made me sign a restock agreement for a charge of 15% for any returns or exchanges. I then had to go to the great Reddit to ask the community there if they knew how to solve the problem and they sent me a Amazon link for an adapter to the charger. HeyBike has terrible support. They will not help you and they will sell you a bike with the wrong charger so you can’t even use it.  I cannot in good conscience, Recommend this bike to anyone else

Bought for my husband. He is 400lbs and this bike still zips right down the road. Great battery life. Fun durable and a really good bang for your buck!
