Ordered 2 ebikes the 17th of december, recieved one 10 days later, the second one has been delayed, even though they had it in stock multiple times. So basically they sold my ordered bike instead of giving it to me. Best buy doesnt care about there customers. I was in couple times trying to figure out whats going on and they only blame warehouse, when in reality they have em in stock. Horrible service.

I dont know if we wasnt using it correctly but its not a good bike for my 3/4 yo son...it needs momentum to stsrt up n kids really cant do that plus it doesnt really go fadt enough for him to stay on, the design n all is great...also does not have a kickstand
