Clear Great TV.... Went in to buy the Samsung 98" didn't have it at the store. So l bought the 100" Hisense l luv this TV

My last experience with Best Buy couldn't have gone any smoother. They delivered everything in timely fashion and their workers were incredible. I'm fully enjoying my tv, the size of the TV makes watching my favorite shows as if I'm in a movie theater

The size is amazing and by all means, go as big as your room permits as the first priority. The software is perfectly fine. The picture quality/brightness/resistance to glare is not as promised or would be expected from a Mini-LED QLED display. Those buzzwords both were advertised as new tech the allowed brighter displays with massive upgrades to contrast a few years ago, but now no longer mean this sadly.

We upgraded from a samsung 86 inch crytsal uhd 5 years old. I dont think there much of difference other than size. I feel like the samsung has a brighter picture. Was looking for better picture quality but seems like a downgrade to me.

TV arrived and geek squad installed and didn't work. Nothing for my month wait time. Appointment 2 weeks later for replacement unit was also canceled so I returned it. This TV and Best Buy is a big joke. I have bought lots of things from Best Buy but now they are trash. I will never shop with them and I'm letting my card expire
