I just got this TV because it's a doorbuster on Black Friday. I never regret it. The picture and features are excellent. I just added a soundbar to match its enormous size (65 inches!). Everyone in the family are enjoying our TV time together.

The picture, programming, and all the features are just as great as our Sony TV

Large screen for the price but it runs bad

I have NEVER BEEN ABOUT TO USE THE VOICE COMMAND BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK! The little mic on the remote does not pick up sound and I haven't found a diagnostic tool for it yet. The voice command either opens then closes before recording your voice, or it just doesn't hear regardless. The remote to menu function is so glitchy and laggy it takes forever to login to an app or search for movies. Had the voice command work it would solve this time-consuming process. Amazon prime video asked me to login again after some months and I gave up on it and just use the app from my XBOX. The functions are so delayed that I've pressed buttons like the input button with no reaction, pressed it a couple of times with no reaction, then pressed the power button with no reaction. I sat the remote down, walked to the kitchen for a drink, came back and saw all the functions play before my eyes as if a ghost was repeating my actions until the TV turned off, the process took a couple of minutes. The sound is horrible, distorted, and there's a HUGE delay between the tv sound and soundbar. The picture isn't plasma quality but it does show decent 4k. This is TV good for a bedroom or guest room, by the time you type in a movie with the laggy remote you'll fall asleep.
