Picture is much better than expected. The menus are easy to use. This is an absolute great value for the user who just wants to watch TV and occasionally stream a video or cast from another device. Very happy with the purchase.

This TV is used primarily for gaming, so for this purpose the picture is very clear and the sound amazing. The smart TV features make this TV a very nice purchase for the price. I just wish I was able to buy two of them......

So is the sound! I love being able to talk to the remote to change what's playing. I love all the wonderful features!! I would recommend this tv to everyone! I can actually read what's on the screen now.. my vision is bad!

Glitchy tv that gets me angry...often

Also now the TV, once turned off, wont respond to turning back on until you unplug and then replug the power cord from the back of the tv. Purchased because it was a seemingly good deal but then realized a few months after purchasing , as they say, you get what you pay for. It is 4K and does have smart apps that work, so when it works, its great. Oh and I reached out to HISENE about the issues/warranty there phone lines said due to COVID they couldn't take care and so was asked email them and NEVER received a response back. HISENE quality control/ reliability and poor customer service are reasons I would never recommend to anyone I care about.

It gets glitchy sometimes and tells me that storage space is running out and I have no idea how to fix it but beyond that it does what it is supposed to and the sound quality is pretty decent.

Works great still even after almost 1+ year. Love how it works with my Android phone and other devices. I wish it had a remote locator, and I wish some Android apps with be compatible, like the Spectrum TV App

A whooping $299 deal. After I hung the tv on the wall and powered it up. Installation was a very easy. The WiFi works like a fine tune machine. Very fast when accessing the apps. The picture quality is great. If you are in a budget that’s the way to go.

Great purchase for the price

Picture is excellent and sound is good. You can’t beat this size tv for the price. Only drawback was that I have AT&T now and android does not support the app so have to use the fire stick. Other than that the TV has been excellent.

It has Dolby Vision support which is great. Only downside is even using arc or toslink I was unable to get my 5.1 surround sound working with the smart feature on the TV. Still it’s a great tv with a beautiful display.
