Apps Freezes or Will not open

The picture is great sound is great I just hate unplugging the TV to start...hopefully Best Buy can explain why it does that...other than that problem the TV is good.

I plug an external chromecast and problem solved (for streaming)

Picture quality is good and I havent had any problems with wifi connectivity.

Got slow after 2 months

But overall the picture quality was really good and after I got the Apple TV it worked great.
