Also the overall layout of the apps is much more appealing to the eye and easier to access on this platform of my Hisense tv compared to that of my Samsung or Sony Bravia TVs! This is now my main tv and the Samsung tv will go to my younger sibling!!

First off all the remote those not respond, while installing the TV the frame detaches from the screen, overall quality is poor and the only decent thing to say if the picture view is ok. Ended up returning and getting a Samsung 7 series 65k and now I can say we got a good unit for our living room.

TV issue

Posted .Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your television freezing up. Please try checking for a software update. If no software update is available please perform a factory reset on the unit. Perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
