What?! $299 for a 65” TV? Heck yeah! Picture quality is what you’d expect for a sub $300 TV, but I’ve got a couple others in the house, and this one is used exclusively on the back covered patio when we’re outside. Grays are a little washed and there’s some backlight bleed. Android platform isn’t as snappy as it is on say, my NVIDIA Shield, but it’s usable.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Audio not synced with video while streaming from Apple TV using Netflix, Hulu, downloaded movies, and AT&T tv...doesn't matter, they're all fidgety/blurry and impossible to enjoy. Remote is frustrating as it will not react timely and have to keep clicking buttons over and over before a response is had (I replaced the batteries twice with new duracell batteries out of the box and no difference). Called Hisence customer service and was told I need a firmware update for the TV. Took a day to get a file downloaded to my computer, which I had to purchase a winZip subscription for mac, transfer to an EMPTY thumb drive (after transferring all the files that were on my only thumb drive in the house), then unzipping the file, saving it to the thumb drive...then following the instructions, have to plug it into back of TV while off, unplug tv and plug back in, then press and hold power button on tv until displays "updating software." Never got to that last part, but trying five times, I received a "USB drive unsupported" instead. Will not buy this brand again no matter what. JUNK!!

Posted .Hello Dugan, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the audio syncing on the television and also with the television lagging. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
