Best buy scheduled me 3 times to have this tv home delivered and never showed up! Missed 2 days of work waiting! I had to pick up this tv myself at a store in the rain to finally get it to my home! The tv is a smart and excellent tv so far, but I will never purchase from best buy (worst service!) again!
