Best bang for ya buck!!!

Easy start up, easy to move around and easy to watch; let’s just say it’s a clear screen. It’s compatible with android phones and even though I don’t have an android it still works GREAT. For the past 10 years I’ve only owned Hisense tv’s and like the others this one hasn’t disappointed.

The sales person told us about the Hisense system and how they bought Sharp (Or the other way around, cant remember) and said it was a good product. So, we tried it and so far, very happy with it. We will look at these products in the future! Thanks Best Buy!

Posted .Hello Caprice. Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the sound quality on the television. Please try adjusting the audio settings or doing a factory reset on the television. A factory reset can be done by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Bluetooth doesn't function

It WON'T synch with my Xfinity remote which makes this the ONLY device that has ever failed to pair. Now we have to use multiple remotes. The TV doesn't have any features I didn't already have through Xfinity, it's just much bigger than the old TV. I got a new surround system and the TV won't even allow access to the BT feature to attempt to pair.

Posted .Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570F. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your remote syncing to the unit and also with your Bluetooth connection. Please reach out to Xfinity for assistance with pairing the remote. As for the Bluetooth connection please go to the Settings menu then proceed to navigate to the Add Accessory option. Connect your Bluetooth devices (like a keyboard, a mouse, a soundbar etc.) to the TV.
Before you can use a Bluetooth device with your TV, you must first pair it.
1. Make the device you want to pair discoverable. See the documentation that came with your device to learn how to make it discoverable.
2. The TV displays the ID of all available devices in range.
3. Click the ID of the Bluetooth device in the list on your TV to pair with it.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the pairing.

Constant WiFi issues

I constantly have to reset the tv, at one point it said the memory was full and I don’t even have anything installed on it apart from netflix. Maybe it’s just mine but it’s annoying.
