Screen stopped working....

I didn't use it for the first month. After using it for a month the screen went completely black. You could great sound but you couldn't see a picture. Thank God it was under warranty. Unfortunately it took forever, it seemed, to get fixed.

Can’t Use AT&T Now!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nowhere in the specs and tech info provided by Best Buy does it say the limitations to the streaming services you can use. I had a 55” tv with an Apple TV box that we streamed AT&T Now (formerly DirecTV Now) and never had any issues. We wanted a larger tv for our living room so after checking reviews and price comparisons we bought this one. We brought it home, took it out the giant box, and set it up. We were able to easily follow the directions for connecting to our home wifi, but when it came time to find out AT&T streaming service we were stumped. Even looking on the Best Buy website reading reviews where the Hisense customer service responded there were no indications of an issue, but searching several pages in on Google I found others having this same issue. We also have an issue with lag on the TV. Once again, not something we ever had an issue with on our older, smaller tv. This TV might be great if you have cable directly into the TV versus needing to stream:

Tv is great but picking it up was a joke
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv works great for the price but it’s not nice easy or faster buying online and picking up at the warehouse it was a joke took over 45 minutes to get a tv to the dock which 25 of those where waiting for a supervisor to unlock a door again what a joke worse ever I don’t care if this is the best tv ever I will go elsewhere to buy because of this

$299 dollars for a quality 65 inch tv is a steal.

Does not need a super wide tv stand since the feet can be installed 2 ways. Decent built in speakers with speech mode to hear dialogues clearly. Can't beat it for the price of $299.

Good picture poor operating system and memory

Had it not been a Black Friday doorbuster deal i would have retu d long ago. No memory whatsoever. The android system is slow as death and can only store 10 apps before it crashes continuously. Stick with ROKU TVs

Smart part is not good

I would definitely not buy this TV again
