Ratings are based on what you get for a cheap price. Pros are a quality TV with lots of features. Roku operating system is speedy and easy to use. The biggest negative is that it does take some playing around with the settings to get the picture to look good. Also, the picture quality deteriorates fairly quickly as you sit off center.

Picked this tv up for the black Friday special not expecting much because of the price. Was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality even in fast motion sports. The smart features work flawlessly. Be sure to download the software update to ensure it works smoothly otherwise you may have issues.

This TV is amazing. My father in-law commented on the picture quality. Set up was super easy and now I only have a power cord to hide, everything else hooked up wirelessly. Cheers for Hisense for a affordable but high quality product.

Got a great deal on this Nov 2019 for Black Friday. My fault I didn’t realize it was an android version. Everything I have ever owned that had an android system sucked. Suffice it to say I was pleased that we were able to do everything with the smart software that our firestick was able to do. Great right? No....apps would constantly freeze or crash. So we decided to put our firestick in. Worked great until the remote would not control it any longer so we had to unplug it to restart the whole system. Then when it’s been off for the night and you go to turn it back on, it takes forever to respond to anything you do...so unplug it again. When I was in the store to purchase another item not related to it, I asked a salesman in the TV department about the quality and he snickered and said “hey it’s a Hisense, the quality is just not there. You get what you pay for” Maybe I got a dud, the picture quality is great, the system just bites. Would not recommend.

Got this for my dad since he's big into android stuff so we've used this a lot for his room. Tv quality is great. Apps, downloads, connection, everything is super good and tv is very responsive. Great over all tv! Picture looks great!

This TV has a great picture and works well as a smart TV.

This TV was on sale on Black Friday for $300. For the price, it is a good TV. However, it is obviously a budget TV. Two biggest complaints are that, one, it takes quite a while for the TV to start up when you turn it on (and you have to press and hold power button AND then select shut down on a pop up menu to actually fully turn the TV off), and two, it has been impossible thus far to get the TV to recognize my receiver and sound system as an AVR system and thus change away from the TV built in sound. Thus far I have only been able to get the receiver to play sound while still on "TV sound" in the settings, which means I have to mute the TV sound each time I turn on the TV so that it doesn't play alongside the sound system. Very annoying and pretty bad for a new 2019 TV. Picture is fine for 4k, Android TV is good. All around it's not spectacular, but it's not bad either, especially for the price. Three stars is a fair rating.

No issues with unit so far, easy to assemble and super lightweight. Firmware updated as soon as I connected the TV to wifi. Andoid apps and playstore work seamlessly. Great buy!

It's not a fancy TV but it has great features, like Android TV and Bluetooth, it lacks the 120hz motion rate but overall looks great, and for that price is an unbeatable deal. Highly recommended, it's a great value TV.

Got this on Black Friday sale. Upgraded from a 55” Vizio. The picture is super clear and bright. I played with the settings a bit to get it the way I wanted. So far I have no complaints. I have it hooked up to a home theatre system so I cannot comment on the sound quality as I don’t listen to it through the TV speakers. These days I think most people use a sound bar or home theatre anyway. Probably the only complaint I would have is that it only has 3 HDMI ports, but really for the money it’s worth it. I bought an HDMI switch because I thought I was going to need an additional HDMI input. I was looking for a great deal on a 65” set and this was it. I like that it has a 120 refresh rate and the HDR seems to make it brighter and the colors more distinct.

Not the most outstanding picture, but pretty good for the price. Love the Android TV interface. Took a bit to figure it out, but really like it. The TV seems sensitive to noise in the inputs though. Had issues where it would crash every 2 days and could not get it to stay connected to my surround sound. Found out that the treadmill would make it drop out instantly, and cause it to crash. Tying up the HDMI cords away from all the power cords helped, but still would cut out audio when using the treadmill. Finally bought a line conditioner, and now everything works perfect. You would not think that would cause the TV to lock up and act incredibly slow, but it was. I was on the edge of returning it, till I figured this out.

Bought that tv as a gift for a friend and how much I regretted the fact that I didn't get myself one. That tv is right up there when it comes to picture quality and ease of use.I will definately get one for myself.

I picked this TV up over the holidays and was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality and sound. It's easy to set up and works great with my Roku gadget. Although it's far from Quantum quality, for the price point it's was a great buy for my spare room.

I used to be a TV brand snob and only buy the big name brands but the last few years Hisense has really impressed me. Now every TV in my house is from them. They offer incredible value for your money and the displays easily rival others that cost twice as much. It isn't perfect and looking at an all black screen you can see some edges are a bit brighter than others but overall minor stuff most people will never notice. Highly recommend this model so far. Only negative thing is it has an Android OS which as expected is total garbage. I wasn't worried since I was putting a 4k Fire Stick in it but if you're using the built in smart functions I'd recommend checking the Roku model or spending the $20 on a Fire Stick or similar.

This TV was an early Christmas gift for friends of mine. They love there new TV. It has great picture quality. The remote is very easy to use. The TV it's self is very simple to set up.
