    Great TV, mediocre OS

Hardware: I love the TV. It's huge, 65'', bright, really good looking display. It's definitely heavy and unwieldy enough during mounting to my wall, I needed two people to help lift and hold while I fastened. I have it mounted on a interior 2x4 24'' on center basement wall. Used a 3/4'' plywood sheet for extra span and positioning options. (mount purchased elsewhere) Qualities: Sound quality is OK for built speakers, nothing spectacular though. Color accuracy is... probably fine, I'm not using reference video enough to tell. I do notice the dimming zones on a rare occasion, on a black or dark screen with a small bright area, the bleed is there but not huge. OS/Software: I'd say the biggest con is Google's lackadaisical "operating system" with so much glitz and glamor - I mean scummy "value" ads. I just want TV and YouTube and yet there's all this extra app and "entertainment" junk. Then despite being Android (I guess? Or maybe it's Fuchsia? Who can keep track now) there's such limited customization on what's shown, how things work. Pros in this category, after a month of use, is that UI is fast enough right now. Hopefully they stay that way for years. Delivery: delivery was awesome, delivery team called ahead, they arrived on time, I greeted them, they asked where they should place it (no installation on their part, just entryway drop off) and then a signature away and all done. I don't think my little card could hold the long box safely. Remote: I'm a remote enthusiast. This is pretty good, maybe 4/5. If it could charge with USB C and have a bright back light, it would be perfect. Overall I'm really happy with it.

So far the tv is absolutely perfect. I’ve got no complaints. It’s actually got a 2.1 port LIKE it says, and runs 120hz. I’m very happy with it and so is the husband playing his ps5. The picture is great! Would recommend to anyone! Google tvs are becoming our favorite. Also, the delivery was amazing the guys were very respectful and informative!!

I am incredibly happy with it. Haven't had it very long but so far so good. Bloom can be seen quite clearly in certain situations but definitely not a deal breaker. My pictures don't really do it justice.

Nice purchase. We bought the recommended wall mount as well as TotalTech. The installer called and arrived as scheduled. The GeekSquad guys were extreemly knowledgeable and patient with Tech deficient hubby and I. We replaced a 21 year old 60" projection TV that worked perfectly but was huge!!! We were given a gift card and decided it was time to come into the TV Tech world. Best Buy is our goto for excellent service!!

After WEEKS grueling research between mid/upper tier QLED TVs and entry-level OLED TVs, I finally settled on this. For the last 5 years we have been perfectly satisfied with our 5-Series TCL Roku TV. With the move to our new home eminent, I knew that we would want something that can handle brighter environments with the insane levels of natural light in our new living room, and to have better blacks on screen. I was looking to try and keep it under $800, leaving QLED options at the top of the range (New) and entry level OLED options when open box. The open box OLED models that were available near me seemed to have troubles with bleeding (in third party tests) and a lack of the features I was really hoping for, like 2.1 HDMI and 120Hz. After finally making a decision backed by a ton of independent and third party tests and reviews, I rented a UHaul pickup and headed off to pick it up from the local warehouse. (It was ready in 15 minutes) Once I got it set up in the new place, I started setting it up. After forcing you to do an update, you are ready to go. The voice recognition is VERY accurate. After some careful tuning, the color accuracy is great. It does really well with fast-moving scenes with minimal motion blur if any. I also notice only occasional blooming or bleeding in low light scenes. Some testing/reviews mention issues with upscaling 480p content, but with my old Judge Judy episodes (like season 1 from '96 and '97) are upscaled to the best looking quality I have ever seen. My one complaint. Is the limited application availability. Unlike our Roku TV, there are several apps to which we are already subscribed, don't exist on the App Store and there's no other way to get them. For instance, there is no Spectrum app, for streaming shows or live TV.

Absolutely immaculate picture when calibrated. Out of the box picture isn't bad, but a bit washed out. For the price I paid ($699) this tv is incredible. Using it in my bedroom for both tv/movie watching and 4k gaming via my gaming PC. Highly recommend if you're looking for a 4k TV that doubles as a decent gaming TV!

I was looking for a fairly "entry level" TV with 120Hz processing. Had been debating between Samsung and Sony before the rep at Best Buy introduced me to Hisense. So far, the picture is great, TV is easy to navigate, and for $220 (or more) less than the Samsung or Sony, this TV is a good deal with good quality. I don't find the sound coming from the TV to be overly dynamic, but most TVs these days need a soundbar or surround sound to make it better. Very impressed so far and would consider Hisense again in the future

Very happy with picture and sound for the price. Bought this to replace a much more expensive Sony for the family room which was broken by the kids. Happy to watch my sports on this is the clarity and refresh seams on par with more expensive models.

Excleemt TV for the money. The brightness is good with really nice contrast and picture quality. I did return it after a few days to get the U8H, not because the U7H wasn't good but because the higher end TV went on sale.

Very good picture however missing a few necessaties, like no dlna or a way to wirelessly transmit a wireless signal so this tv asks like a wireless display, so in other words if you want to wirelessly display Dex on this TV you cannot. This was disappointing when I found this out. My 3 year old Samsung does this beautifully. Good TV otherwise.

Excellent TV! Far exceeded my expectations! Picture quality is excellent from straight on or at an angle and was set optimally from the factory. Audio from TV is good and could use without sound bar but use sound bar since I already had one. Total Tech did an excellent job of installing Sanus full motion TV mount and removed my old TV. I've had the TV for only 4 days and I am still exploring all the different options, which there a lot. I also like the screen saver and there is an ambient mode which I have yet to try.

This television is a LOT better than advertised. I'm tech savvy and new exactly what I wanted and I don't settle and getting the features expected is only part of the equation. Getting them to work as advertised is equally important and this unit impresses. The picture quality and sound are phenomenal. The hdr and game mode settings were a little challenging to find because of there being 2 ways to get into settings but only the 1 located under the volume button gets you into where the game mode options are located including the important ability to activate game mode and enhanced hdmi to make use of its 2 hdmi 2.1 connectors. They work flawlessly with my Playstation 5 as well as the eArc slot for my sound bar which by default is hdmi 3. It updates on its own but 1 gripe is after it updates I have no idea whats been changed or updated from the tv itself. Tv has film maker mode and Imax mode which I honestly discovered by accident yesterday and have yet to try. The sound from the built in speakers is quite impressive with the built in atmos but I'm still using a separate Dolby Atmos enabled sound system. Not a single negative experienced thus far. A must for gamers needing to take advantage off gaming features like allm, vrr, hdr, 120 hertz refresh rates and so on. Love and highly recommend.
