Overall it is very easy to use this case for your phone. However it is not very easy to hear conversations so you must turn up the volume. We used this case snorkeling and the phone did great. Can't go below 33' or the case will start leaking.

I’m very pleased with this purchase. It was easy to put on very easy to understand what’s really clear directions it has already been a lifesaver for my phone as I have dropped it several times. I have purchased another protective cover previous to this one and it was such a paint to get on the phone that I returned it. Once I bought this case it snapped on perfectly it fit perfectly snug very easy to put on I read the directions the directions were clear and easy to understand and I really but I’m happy with the case and the belt clip.

It seems like a good case, advertised as drop, water, and dust resistant. Feels good in the had, but a bit bulky. I would suggest the Lifeproof FRE case, if you can get your hands on your color choice. The only real issue I had with this case was the rotating toggle for the mute switch was very difficult to rotate. It may become easier with use, but I would then worry about the water seal. I like the case but functionality suffered a bit.

The Hitcase, while not as pretty as others, is great at protecting your electronics from people like me. I have a patently ugly track record with small expensive things and so far the phone is still working and completely unscathed. Pros: Not crazy expensive like some; takes abuse like a champ, can see pretty blue color of my phone Cons: It’s plain, the screen protection is under responsive and smeary

This case does what it is supposed to do as far as protecting the phone from water, damage, etc. However, I had a hard time hearing people I was on the phone with and other people had a hard time hearing me. The bottom of the case covers half of the speaker/mic so I think that’s part of the issue. It’s a good case, just needs a little work.

So far, it’s great for protection, however, I admit using this case makes phone calls difficult, the sound is really distorted and mostly I have to use the speaker phone setting or the headphones to have clear audio. I have also noticed the screen gets oil marks , I have to always wipe it to reduce oil glare. Another thing to mention is the case can make typing a bit challenging, for instance: barely touching the side will activate typing and sometimes make typing inaccurate. Overall I like the idea it’s waterproof or sand proof, but I would not recommend for someone who uses their phone to make a lot of voice calls due to the sound issues.

It’s a great case to protect your phone. A little pricey and I believe causes the phone to sound a little muffled. But other than that great for what I needed for my rough boy!!

Coming from someone who has had a Lifeproof case on every iPhone I’ve had, this one measures up pretty well at a cheaper cost. I don’t use it all the time. Only when I’m on the water and want to take pictures without worrying about my phone getting wet on the lake. It does what it should. Keeps my phone dry. I will say the sound isn’t so great so this isn’t good for talking on the phone, but neither was any lifeproof case I ever had. If you have nails, it can be very difficult to take off the case. That’s all.

Comfy in the hand, except the back is slippery as all get out. If you don’t have good feeling in your hand(s), don’t get this case. Not bulky like other brands and due to that I’m weary about drops. Charging port cover is difficult to open but is good for water resistance. All in all, it’s a good product that’s a bit over priced.

Dropped my phone many times and no damage has happen thanks to this case. Only problem is people cannot hear me if I use the phone on speaker mood. The screen itself scratches easy and the case looks like it's been to war in the short amount of time of using it.

The hitcase works great fits perfectly and looks great on the iPhone XR. It’s worth the money you have to protect your iPhone XR.

The sound was very muffled on both ends of call; however, it did hold up under water so... they did not have the lenses for this case at the store

This case helps to protect my phone from falling. Good quality not heavy.

I felt more comfortable with my retired iPhone 7 protected by an Otter Case defender than I do with the Hitcase. Otter no longer providing the plastic dirt cover with the Otter Box Defender is the only reason I selected the Hitcase - Splash Modular Case. Retrospectively, I should have bought an Otter Box Defender and paid for a plastic face protection to keep dirt off the face of the iPhone. The Otter Box Defender provided much better protection. .

We bought this for my daughter to use on our vacation to the Bahamas. She took numerous underwater pics without any signs of fog, leaks, etc... I'd highly recommend for kids to use in the pool or the beach.

I purchased these cases for my young daughters phones. They work well for protection of cell phones, especially for kids and drops/water. They are expensive but worth it in my opinion for the peace of mind. Now getting the kids to keep the phones In The case is another story

Water proof but tough to put on the phone and tough to take off. A very tight fit if you are using a glass screen protector.

Easy to put on, easy hand holding not big and bulky

Perfect case for durability and dependability. Looks sleek and has survived thus far. I haven't tested how waterproof it really is, but it seems pretty secure. Definitely would recommend to buy. It also doesn't muffle your voice when youre making a phone call like some other waterproof cases.

Overall, I like the case. The case allows for wireless charging without any repositioning. The “door” for the lightening plug is rubber and seems durable. I only open it when my phone is plugged in at work. There’s a knob vs a switch to silence the phone. Im not a big fan because it’s difficult to grip when turning it.
