First off, the two main reasons I bought a Google Home vs. Amazon Alexa is because 1) We do not have an Amazon Prime account and 2) My whole family (including my kids) have gmail accounts. This was easy to set up and has many options available for expanding your smart home. My family loves being able to select different types of music for their listening experience. I know some reviews complained of low quality speakers, but I think they sound just fine. I'm guessing you can really only tell a difference if you have multiple products next to each other, playing at the same time, to truly tell a difference. I will be purchasing the Google minis in the future for use in our kids room as well.

Purchased the google home after reading reviews on it against the Amazon Alexa. The google home has a better reference library and is easy to work with. Links up to many different applications we already have.

This product can answer almost any question i ask and can perform many functions without using a computer. I'm glad I bought this over Alexa and Homepod...It is more tuned in to my needs.

I was very impressed with the sound quality. I own multiple google homes and use them every day. It's great for music, reminders, timers, conversations, and all sorts of other things.

I bought this as a present for my wife. She loves using it to play music. It is also fun to ask it questions and listen to it's answers. My neighbor ran out to buy one after seeing how well it worked.

I think Google has a great chance to get this out to everyone's home. It's very convenient and the most recent update has made it so multiple profiles can be added to the google home. I love this!

Awesome and easy to use, Set up is OK but sometimes questionable. Grandkids love the talking and response from Google Home

Setting this up was a great experience. It was up and running in five minutes, linked to my content accounts, and streaming media like a champ. A couple of cute easter eggs that the kids had fun with too :)

I own amazon echo already, if I compare it with Google Home. I would say Google home beats echo all hands down with many more features to offer. Secondly I found sound quality a bit better than echo.

Google is definitely going the right direction, I would like to see future updates. If you speak to google through your phone you will love google home. Works well with google music if you are subscribed to it.

Google's home assistant device is a look into the future. While not perfect, you can see where things are going in terms of voice control and home automation. Good follow-up to Amazon's offer.

Easy to set up and pair with all your home devices. Love being able to adjust heat control heat, listen to music and control the tv from wherever I happen to be.

An amazing item to have from the information it provides to controlling my Nest product and lights. I'm even able to use it to play music from my music sources. I'm extremely happy with this product!

We keep this in our kitchen ans use it all the time. We use this for trivia, playing music and general information. It was great around Christmas when I wanted to know how late the stores were open.

Great reminder for chores, doctor visits, meeting, etc. Great help in doing homework with the kids. Instead of getting on the computer, I can just as google to define or explain something and it response.

I bought google home mini for myself before thanksgiving and then gifted these google homes to family members and now it’s part of daily life now. Nice sound and amazing voice recognition.

this has been a fun purchase so far. my son loves asking google to play him songs. works great with nest and looking forward to getting smart lights. also started working with nvidia shield tv.

I picked a pair at Best Buy during promotion for my kids Christmas present. My kids loved them so much. Google assistant is the best. The sound quality is really good. Highly recommended

I have had fun asking questions and asking her to say phrases in different languages, good speaker but sometimes google only has one version of a song and it's not the one you want, I still enjoy it very much.
