I bought this unit to supplement the first Google Home given to me by my Son. Its works flawlessly. I control all my lights, Pandora and Calendar with minimal effort.

I had and still have 1 Amazon Echo, 2 Dots and 1 Tap prior to purchasing this. I did so due to reviews I had watched on YouTube and boy was it definitely worth it. So much so that I bought another one as well. Everything from conversation to game playing to retrieving facts to translation is way above anything the Echo has to offer. The Echo is great for smart home control but most everything I have can also be controlled by this. Why do I keep my Amazon stuff...because I paid for it and it gives me something of both types throughout my entire home. If you're on the edge, allow this to put you over and purchase this!

I have two of these in each of our activity rooms. It is so nice to listen to music or ask a question and get a quick answer. Sound quality is great.

I LOVE Google Home. Never new how much I like asking questions instead of looking on my tablet. The sound is amazing and the mic picks up every question I ask.

What it does, it does well. Especially enjoy being able to instantly have music to match whatever mood I'm in or want to be in. Would be nice to have a choice of response voice.

I get the weather and news and traffic, grocery list , just by talking. I can't list all the cool things it does. The speaker is surprisingly good as well.

Was able to secure this great device for $75 after the Visa deal. The speaker has great quality and there's so much to integrate with other google devices and skills.

I mainly use it for listening to music in the mornings, but there's so much more it can do. I have it hooked up to my thermostat and looking to get more wifi devices.

It's very practical and fun to use. Gives weather local news and cyber security when you utilize good morning Google command. Plays great music also

This is an awesome product. I was undecided between this and the amazon echo. I made the right choice. I also got the smart light bulbs and it makes life so much easier.

While the voice is not quite as refined as the Amazon Echo, Google Home will answer most any question, plays music and sounds very good. Setting reminders, news, weather.

How about the Google Home and the Echo dot. I find myself using a Google Home more because you can talk to it more naturally. When asking for a song it please that whole genre.

I am enjoying this very much. Great to have info always available to me. What's the weather, what's the traffic, play music, turn up the volume. So easy and so much fun.

Purchased for my teenage son as a Christmas gift. After setting up I am considering adding more to my other rooms in the House. Next step in my home automation.

We originally had the Amazon Echo and found the Google to be much better. Wish I had read the consumer ratings first. I would've saved the hassle and money on a return!

We enjoy talking to the google home and having it do the things we ask. Generally we use it to play music. It will change the volume for us as well as the song type.

The Google Home is easy to set up, and it has some great though limited functionality. It integrates well into most Google products. I imagine that it will improve in the future.

Bought this as a gift for my husband...he absolutely loved it. It answers questions, tells jokes, looks up weather and even answers homework questions for the kids.

This device has been great so far. Our favorite feature has been the connectivity to an audio service and being to start music in the kitchen with a simple voice command.

Right now the main fictions of this speaker are the hue lights, nest and asking trivia questions. But the sky is the limit for Google home once all the possibilities are applied.
