It is a good timer, plays the music I like to listen to, get weather reports when needed, and answers most questions you ask.

My family love it. It’s easy to check weather. I will add other devices so that I can use the google home to control it.

I had been contemplating getting an Amazon Echo but when this came out I gave this a try since I am heavily invested in the Google ecosystem and don't regret my decision one bit. This thing is awesome. It is more limited than Echo at the moment but it's going to get better. Right now I use this for music with all my Chromecast Audios, timers, alarms, control Philips Hue and all of this works great. If you have no preference on which ecosystem you want to stay in, you probably should get Echo.

Set-up was very easy. This was purchased for a family member, and after seeing how much fun it was we got one for ourselves.

I don't reall take advantage of what all this can do, but it's kinda fun to ask questions to or requesting music.
