Absolutely love the google home. Also bought the mini

Great smart speaker for those in the Google ecosystem. Love how you can tie multiple of these devices along with chromcast audio to all playback whatever your streaming at the same time. Purchased an echo dot before this for a low cost option to try out alexa over google then ended up going the google route and buying two of these.

Full disclosure: I purchased mine for $30. That price puts it in direct competition with the Google Home Mini/Nest Mini (when they're on sale). The speakers on the Home are much better than the Home Mini I owned prior. The sound fills the room, and has significantly more bass.

I bought this for my Mom. She seems to like it most of the time. She likes to jam music during the day when no one is home but I know sometimes she has a hard time turning it off or getting it to play the right thing. Overall, I think she is happy with the product since it is still in the kitchen area.

Overall I'm satisfied with it. It can get complicated at times, but don't get discouraged. Just read up some more or, follow a YouTube how to. Only issues I get are when it disconnects from the Internet. Not sure if it's my router's fault or the Google Home. The reason I bought this over the echo is for what's coming in the future.

After weighing the differences between Amazon Alexa I decided on the Google Home. When paired with Google Minis you can use it as a in-house intercom as well as having Music play in all rooms. Google home can even use either my cell number or my google voice number to make voice calls for me. Good product... would recommend.

I love this! You can do so much with it. Really convenient.

I use it primarily for music-especially to hear certain musicians. When I give it the command to play the musician, it usually responds by playing only on song with that musician and then follows with other musicians of a similar ilk. Sometimes it may repeat the first musician later on. I can't get it to play an entire album by a particular musician.
