I really prefer a lot of the features of the google smart speakers versus the amazon ones, my only complaint is that it doesn't just come in other colors or at least charcoal like the mini you have to buy shells at $40/ea to put on it...

Love this device thus far. The home has some updates needed to answer my more in depth questions but it's still incredibly integrated with my Best and Google music.

I got this for my husband's birthday last month. It arrived fast, and we're enjoying it so far. It works with our google chrome cast tv that's in the kitchen, and is handy to have when cooking. We just say "okay google play music" and it plays it from our pandora.

I like the product but realize with time it will get better. Some questions confuse the system at this time. You need to keep your question short and to the point. I am amazed how quickly it gets the correct information such as sports scores within seconds after teams score.

Returned this device after having it for one day. I use mostly google services so this was very easy to use, but it just didn’t have any purpose for its price. I will definitely be waiting for apple’s home pod.

Receive one as a gift. Platform limitations are obvious. I can run a Nest & Hue & Smarthings but not a lot of choices. The voice input/processing is pretty good though. It will converse with anyone in the house, including the "Ok Google" command used in their tv commercials.

I didn't know much about it when I got it from Best Buy. I guess I like it so far. There are still features that aren't active, but there are emails that I get maybe once a week on things I can asks Google. So that's good for getting ideas on how to continue to use it.

I looked at the Echo by Amazon and Google Home and decided to go with Google. The Echo is a great product if you are a prime customer and I currently am but I don't know if I will always be. I have been very happy with my purchase and would recommend Google Home.

This is my 2nd one ! love it , we use it all Over the house, I especially love asking it to add things to my shopping list that I retrieve through my phone when shopping

I'm very happy with the Google Home, but I just wish it could do more. I have a Honeywell Wi-Fi A/C Thermostat, but as of right now, Google Home does not support that device. You would think that a company such as Honeywell would catch Google's attention, but apparently not.

wow! this is great. talk to it like you would type into the google bar in a browser. Sync it to your Nest thermostats. Setup a Pandora account for easy music access. Can't wait to see what new features they add, e.g. control Netflix on an Andriod TV coming soon.

I purchased for my husband as a Gift. He loves and uses it daily for weather, cooking, travel distance and times. There are certain questions google has been unable to answer; however, he’s not giving up but is looking into ways to make his assistant smarter.

I like the interactivity, the weather and news updates.I would like to see more functionality with home automation. I am leaning to the Apple Home Kit, but willing to give this more chances. It is fun to have, not necessary though. Maybe it will be with further updates.

After doing a lot of research we ended up going with the home. It has been everything we needed and we are about to get our third one. Casting is great and the ability to play the same song at the same time in the whole house(which echo can not do) is awesome.

Google Home is a cool device, but a bit of a novelty item. I find it most useful as a hands-free music player and it integrates quite nicely with Pandora. Just starting to use it for other things like building to-do lists and controlling my Chromecast. Pretty neat stuff!

You can ask Google home anything and it literally has an answer for all of your questions. I travel for work so it's great to just ask what the weathers going to be in the next city I'm going to visit or ask what's going on in that city for entertainment.

Having recently switched to the Google Pixel XL after going through the Note 7 ordeal, this product is a home run. I thought the Google Pixel XL could do it all, but Google Home is the perfect addition to my growing Google Family. Highly recommend this product!

I have both Google home and Amazon Echo with Alexa. Together I am satisfied with the overall intelligence of my house. In short, if this makes sense at all, Google Home would be a great physician or Professor if she persued it and Alexa a great Entertainment coordinator!

This was on sale for bundle price of 178.99 with Hue A19 starter kit. At this price, it was a no-brainer to get into the world of smart home products. It's smaller than what you might imagine it to be, which is fine as it doesn't stick out in a room.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. I gave it three stars because there are times when we ask it for information that it cannot help with. In time, I assume it will learn more and we will too.
