Product requires a Gmail account My Gmail account was cancelled for no reason No customer support for Google so I opened a new Gmail account reset Google Home and everything worked fine Big hassle!

Rated the best by CNET is enough for me. Can't wait to link my lights and thermostat to it. And to stream music while I'm cooking without having to touch the remote or stop what I'm doing!

The Google Home is a useful assistant that answers almost any question I have and helps me control my smart appliances and serves as a decent Bluetooth speaker.

Google Home is very enjoyable. We have constant access to a variety music plus can ask lots of questions such as "what's the weather for today" etc. Alarms and timers, appointment reminders. Great!

I have had most of my google homes for nearly 2 years and they still work great. At the time, a bit spendy, but they've become an integral part of my home.

Google home is awesome because it has a wider music variety than the Amazon echo and doesn't require an Amazon account. Just internet

I got this for 30 bucks and it is really great value. Sound quality much better than Google Home Mini and Amazon Echo Dot.

The woman that helped me was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable with a great attitude . She also helped me a lot with my Samsung device. Can't remember her name - they called her the Samsung guru

We have Alexa and I wanted Google Home since the announcement in October. The only problem I have had with Google Home is that I keeping calling it "Alexa" and it won't respond! Love it.

Still learning how to play with this device. I'm liking all the features it can do. excited to get to know it more. It does take time to know how to properly ask it a question for it to respond.

The google home was very interactive but it couldn't answer any questions about my husband's college football team. This is very important to him and I really need to see updates to include this.

Great product. I use it with my Phillips hue lights and my million random questions through out the day. My only complaint is that on occasion it doesn’t recognize my voice on the first try

We take turns asking questions, and most of the time get good answers. When "it" doesn't know the answer, it almost sounds apologetic! I don't know HOW it works, but we are enjoying it!

Wasn't sure what to buy for my daughters 40th birthday until I saw this, Google Home. And she loved it. Now my husband wants one. And I must say Brook your Saugus store clerk was very helpful.

This is a great little product. Funny how soon as it's set up, you have very little to ask. My 8 yr old son (who asks questions constantly) asks it tge time every 30 minutes. But we're liking it.

My grandson loves to query my Google Home. Setup was a little tricky, I needed to use my tablet as the Home kept trying to cause my phone to hotspot which it cant do. Haven't had any issues since.

This is really cool product , you will have lot of fun with it. Play music, listen to radio , get answers to anything . Very good product. I definitely recommend this product

Very easy to set up. Got it for a birthday present for someone. Very nice for everybody to enjoy. Fun to use at a party specially for younger kids.

Google home is such a great and funny companion to have, although there’s a few missing features, the connectivity of the device with other compatible devices is extraordinary.

Keeps me working my brain, helps me with household things, info on weather, life general questions, and interesting facts questions and dailey duties. friends and family can enjoy also.
